After reading the earlier reviews I was a little sceptical on booking the Radisson. Hence writing an extensive review. I must admit, didn’t expect great things, although being one of only 3 five star hotels in the city so choices are scare. All basic facilities were top notch. Clean and tidy room, excellent breakfast spread (head by Mavi who is amazing) and both the pool and spa has some superb people working there Sushila and Nisa are thoroughly knowledgable. Room service although I ordered not at busy times was speedy and prompt. Particularly impressed by the professionalism of Ajit and Sagar at ‘India Oye’ restaurant which serves authentic tasty Indian cuisine. I would definitely say this is an 8.5 ratings property and for sure not a 7.8 as it is shown now. Last but not least Vinay at reception is a complete champ, kind and friendly.

Staff with jackets aka ‘managers’ are a little complacent and not so welcoming.

Everything is there in the room. Every facility and amenity required. Gym was amazing, spa was great. Quality of food was excellent.

The fridge was empty. the minibar that is, u would expect some juices and drinks to be kept in the minibar. Or snacks. It wasnt there. Second thing, the inform dining never answered their phone, u always had to call the reception and request them to connect or ask for call back. That was disappointing, and everything was delivered in 40 mins.

The property is very well maintained with spacious and clean rooms. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, they were always polite and helpful. The food quality was great and the breakfast spread had a good variety. The location is also convenient and easily accessible.

The check-in process was a bit slow and could be improved. Also, the pool area was sometimes crowded, which made it less relaxing.

On the Highway, away from the terrible disorganised chaos of Indore traffic. But a little difficult to get to, since you have to get onto the service road next to the Highway, and navigating to that was a real problem - road construction, etc. Google Maps needs to get it better done. Good hotel - and wanted to state they were able to track down and return a handbag which we had left behind in the reception - very prompt and helpful here, the staff......

Neat clean hygienic friendly and great location

Two instances when I wanted to order eggless cake for my wife’s birthday but got no feedback. Then I ordered through Zomato, but here due to some miscommunication at Main Gate Security, order was not allowed to be delivered at the Security Check gate where it is normally delivered. Nobody took responsibility and blamed Zomato. If Zomato delivery boy refused to enter hotel, Security should gave communicated it to me, which even was not done. Total experience was a bit of let down by otherwise great experience at hotel. Need to buckle up.

Sometime its taking order late!

Well managed, efficient staff, spacious rooms, delicious Indian food. Also the travel Conceirge swiftly arranged our nearby trips to all religious places.

Hardly anything that needs improvement I could say. The restaurant could use better music, feels like we are stuck in the 90’s. But again that very personal choice. Safest music would be instrumentals.

I always felt safe and happy to see people working at the front door. All were very smiley and eager to help. When checking in, I met a pleasant and professional manager, Mr. Bhargav. He made things super easy while we were staying. The breakfast buffet had good varieties, mix of western and Indian. I tried out all the restaurants in the hotel, and all were more than satisfactory with excellent services. There are also a good sized pool and well equiped gym. Here, people are the gem. When missing a T-shirts from the room, they managed to find it from the hotel laundry as it was mixed with old bedsheets. In the case of similar situation, most hotels usually blame the customers. Not in Radisson Indore, they are willing to fixed the problem promptly.

The reception is a big space and well designed. However, there just aren't enough sittings. The Business Double room was good size, but the bathroom could be upgraded as some parts were falling apart.

Excellent Stay at Radisson Blu Indore – A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Class I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. Location is Good but slightly out side the city. Near to Khajrana Lord Ganesha Temple. 56 Shops food market is 4-5 kms from here. Citadel mall by Phoenix , big mall, 4-5 kms from hotel. Room was spacious for 2 persons. Comfortable. Good communication system with reception and other deptts. Prompt attendants.

Crowd at breakfast. Not served hot. Small terrace pool with not maintained surrounding. Small washroom area. Shower area glass doors not sealed properly. Water scatters to surrounding floor areas. Bedside reading lamp was non functional. Shaving mirror has non functional backlight. Small maintenance issues. No complimentary food or cookies basket or any thing in room. No welcome drink or offers.
