Rooms were maintained very clean and comfy. Nice ambience. Lobby area was also very good.

Only one thing charger point was not near bed. Also some passage b/w bed and around was narrow at some point, which makes movement to be cautious.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Regency Indore! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location near the city center. Will definitely come again

Though in the mid of MIG Colony - but we can surf out in the main road. Location - GOOD MIG / LIG / HIG Roads connectivity market.

1. Booming Com booked for 5200 but I was asked to pay commission of Booking .Com from my pocket 624/- Extra. So the Total Invoice was of 5824/- 2. I was asked to Pay the Total Amount at the inception/ beginning- before Check In. 3. No Lift - IT should have been mentioned No Lift in the Hotel details - Old Age / Those having problem will be misguided & suffer. 4. No Chair with Table - to sit & write / work through laptop. 6. Staff - Sane staff room cleaning / bathroom cleaning & serving the breakfast/ water. 6. Breakfast Bluff ! - Breakfast is served in room . It is not buffet. In breakfast mainly poha , aloo vada & a cup of tea.

As per the description of the room I have booked Hotel regency that was Non AC room which hotel management told me before I reached but as I checked-in in the hotel ....there was no Tv...no toiletries...no management asked for any kind of help if we needed and obviously the room size was too short....even there was no socket near bed.... It was a horrible experience for us in hotel regency 😞😞
