Location was excellent. Close to Food hub ' chhappan'. Intersection point of two best roads- MG Road and AB Road.

Steps at the entrance are too many. Clothes hangars in the Almirah were stuck at the rod. Hangars could not be pulled out.

1. The room was really big and comfortable. 2. Location was great, zoo, palace, 56 dukan and Rly station are not far. 3. Hotel staff was helpful.

1. Cafeteria is not as per expectation. Food was of good quality, but service should be improved. 2. Gadgets were not working, like the electric kettle and the iron. However, hotel staff had changed them.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking.
