Comfortable & Pleasant stay. Hotel has new modern amenities with large & mouth watering spread of dinner & breakfast buffet. Staff is the main highlight as they were so welcoming & gracious. Would like to extend the appreciation for Ms. Riya at front desk & Ms. Muskan from food & beverages who really helped us to get aware about the facilities of the hotel & went extra mile to help us in each & every manner. They both were so warm & welcoming that it felt like we are at home. Thank you Team Marriott for such wonderful & memorable experience.

The Good: Excellent Service: The staff’s attentiveness and service were second to none. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was courteous and attentive. Food Delights: The hotel’s food offerings were exceptional. The Alfresco dining options catered to all tastes, especially for street food enthusiasts. The nearby chaupati, glittering with various food choices at night, was a delightful experience. Convenient Location: The hotel’s strategic location near the airport and en route to Ujjain made travel hassle-free. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The beautifully crafted rooms ensured a comfortable stay. Overall: Our stay at the Indore Marriott Hotel was amazing. The courteous staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms left a lasting impression. While the chicken roast was a minor hiccup, we highly recommend this hotel for its overall excellence.

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the chicken roast we ordered was undercooked and lacked juiciness. I totally understand, sometimes the food is not as per the individual. However, the experience and the outdoor setup were good.

Location is excellent in the heart of the city. Staff were courteous and food is awesome. Food spread in Indore Kitchen is unmatched and top notched to any of the similar hotel along with taste which itself is a life time experience. It's location and food is the only reason apart from nice staff I've stayed here multiple times in fast few years.

One of the male staff members were not particularly courteous and shown frustration when asked for a favor.

Was impressed that the AC was kept on at all times.Very well lit n spacious room plus wardrobes too 👌. Amongst the staff Nikki is wonderful n best at her job. Loved the options served for breakfast.Room cleaning staff also excellent.

The main room door is too heavy and difficult to open n shut.In the washroom the shower door was not leakproof,all the water comes out and accumulates near the washbasin while bathing.There were not enough hooks or rails for drying towel n napkins.The plug points too were'nt easily accessible.There was no stand for the hair dryer.The couch was slouching n not firm.We used service of the Qalm spa which is part of Marriott but when we asked the staff at the spa for offers they denied being part of Marriott n said we r third party which was quite absurd.

I liked Marriot so much, that i bought their membership. It offers the best Dinner & breakfast in Indore. It has gym just for name sake. Fruits were kept in gym. I liked that. Rooms should be little bit bigger. Bathtub is a must, if you charge so much. Can’t expect what you get in Mumbai’s Five star but ambience and property is awesome. Cake shop is awesome & you should try their mawa cake. Surely i will stay there again. The most important thing is that they have lot of items in their buffet service & 9 to 11 salads. Thank you Marriot.

Room size, no bathtub, gym for name sake. People are getting health conscious. Get machines in gym.

The Hotel location is good. The staff is nice and polite. They are very helpful. The breakfast has a good spread. Overall a great experience

I would suggest if more tea bags with more milk and more sugar free are made available for guests staying for two plus days. When you fall short and ask, the staff simply take too long to provide

Constant construction work within the hotel premises. Entirely avoidable

Comfort, cleanliness and welcoming staff. The symbolic “bon voyage”cake 0ffered to us on our departure and the request of 2members of staff in the restaurant to have picture taken with us after we finished our last breakfast was simply very touching and memorable.

The staff was very good our relation manager Nikita was very good she also arranged a surprise cake and flowers in our room when she came to know about our anniversary .

CLUB LOUNGE - They serve limited imfl brands with limited choice of snacks no proper bar tender for good cocktails need improvement here otherwise property and all services including Breakfast are too good .

Breakfast variety was good all days

Dinner Buffett was not to our liking. The dinner was quite bland and Veg dishes were repeated every day. Also, dinner should not have Turai and Lauki as an option
