My stay at Hotel Ramada Encore was nothing short of excellent. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are divine. The breakfast buffet is a must-try, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend Hotel Ramada Encore to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Indore.

We like the food, cleanliness and the staff polite behaviour

I would like to explain a few issues we encountered. First, the toilet door lock was not functioning properly. Second, the glass partition was not arranged correctly; when you close it while taking a shower, it moves back to the open position, causing water to spill everywhere in the bathroom. Additionally, it stated in the room that a hair dryer would be provided upon request, but when we asked for it, it was not provided.

Ambience and location are good ! Quite and calm. Rooms are very small thought but staff is very helpful and co operative made our travel very smooth, they have a tie up with Mangal murthi Travels for site seeing n temple visits, I strongly recommend to use his services, excellent quality cars with good drivers and the owner Rishabh is a very good and genuine person to deal with I had to go to mahakal bhasm arti alone and I asked him since was traveling alone he said do not worry I will accompany u for ur safety due to mid night journey ensured that my complete journey was very comfortable.

The location is a bit far from the main market. You can get Ola uber quickly but due to traffic it takes more than 30min to reach sarafa or chhapan dukan Some amenities like a dryer and iron are available, but you need to request them from the staff. In my opinion, given Ramada’s status, these should always be readily available in the room, as it saves time.

The property was good for stay. Nice location.

I had ordered the food in the room, that food was handover to some other room. And I have seen from my eyes. After they took back again, when the guest said it was not ordered by them. They took back and serve us the same food in 5 min time. With no cutlery’s. I asked the room service guy, to get me the cutlery, waited again 20 min to get it. The next morning again we ordered breakfast in the room. We ordered masala dosa, received with no sambar and chutney. While checking out, I had informed abt this issue in the reception.

The property was amazing, well maintained and I like the view from my room. Quality of the cleaning and linen is very good, I enjoyed the stay Good food, breakfast with local indore dishes, apart from South Indian items were there “ excellent Dosa” was served Front office staff is very helpful and they go out of the way to help till guest requirements are satisfied Ms.Divya is a champion- Amazing skills and asset for the property

Being new place taxi is a issue.

Excellent hospitality by all the staff members. Right from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. We had a great time and the stay was comfortable. Food was delicious too! Due to some reason, we had to checkout a day early but the reservation/ reception team ensured that there were no hiccups in this process and also helped us get a refund!

The only con was the location - the hotel is far from the city so it becomes difficult to travel much at night.

Was travelling to Nashik via Indore. Booked on the way. The staff is very helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

I was travelling by road so worked for me as the location is near the highway. But I am not sure how much time it takes to visit the city. But should not be an issue.
