Everything is great. Loved the ambience, tempting food & such caring & professional staff. Ms. Disha at front desk was so helpful, and courteous and welcomed us with such bright smile & made our check in & check out so smooth. Mr. Aman & Mr. Swagnik from front desk were helpful as always. Be it large spread of buffet or in room dining, food was so good. Mr. Sugar, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Snigdha, Mr. Jay & Mr. K.K from food & beverages department welcomed us so graciously & took care of all our needs regarding food. Great team makes great brands...Way to go Team Sheraton...Thank you so much for such cherishing memories....

The Couches needed to be a bit more clean "mind ur step" shld be put up - right at the entrance... where my mother tripped and got badly hurt on the ForeHead & Cheeks. Luckily it wasn't major In-House Doctor shld have been availbale. Although a Doctor-onCall came 2-3 hrs later...

Our family recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Indore, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we were quickly escorted to our spacious and elegantly decorated room. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a beautiful view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone in the family, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool that our children loved. The spa and fitness center were great for some relaxation and exercise. The lush gardens and open spaces around the hotel provided a perfect setting for evening strolls. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to hygiene and safety was evident throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore. Facilities and overall experiece are good. Regarding breakfast, Staff should ensure hot food serving all the time. Food are tasty and having varieties to balance the guest from various region.

The Utensils for keeping food with lid having Cloth on handles and guest seems not guest friendly. Guest has to balance lid to prevent falling. Request to use new Utensils having slide lid /half open intead of balancing the lid for taking food.

The staff at most Marriott properties are well trained. They understand customer requirements and act accordingly. Even un this property Anand made check-in and bill settlement easy and convenient. Gayatri at Aanara though a trainee was warm and helpful. Vikas the chef was excellent with the starters I had. Kanha at the Cafe was extremely attentive to diners’ need and a smart lad. The bartender was great too! With limited raw materials he was running a decent bar. Accommodating my last minute laundry request was a great help. Thank u

Beautiful property. Awesome vegetarian food. Very helpful staff and they really go out of the way to make you comfortable. Our best experience was with the bar and restaurant staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable and pamper us. The front desk staff was awesome too!

It would have been great to get a disclosed at the time of the booking (on their listing) that this property only serves pure vegetarian cuisine.

Swimmingn pool maintainance and the mens toilet was very poorly maintained. Also the after spa services were not good as the showers only had cold water and no steam as well which was mentioned.

Staff was very courteous specially at breakfast, exceptional outstanding training and level of service at the restaurant.

The room toilet was shabby, taps were worn out, shower had no water pressure at all, plus worn out, the toilet WC too small and low for comfort, not expected and acceptable at the Sheraton.

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.
