The perfect example of a 3 star boutique hotel. Characterful and comfortable.

A little noisy from the street and the shower was pretty poor by UK standards, but still, nothing to worry about. Don't let that put you off staying!

The entrance (though small) hides a large hotel bang in the middle of Jaipur. You cannot, cannot ask for a better place than this. Along with super helpful staff and their attention to detail (right from pre-arrival to checkout) they ensure that everything is perfect for your stay. Their travel desk is super busy so better to sort your travel plans pre-arrival. Just a note for peak season/long holidays: Some roads get blocked by the traffic department for better management. Do not worry, you will maximum need to walk a maximum of 1 km

their dinner and lunch menu could have been a little bit more authentic to rajasthan than general. Not to complain, the food was excellent but the menu was limiting in my opinion. Breakfast is amazing. If you are looking for just breakfast you wont regret it.

The staff was great. Everyone was very kind and promptly attended our wishes. The architecture of the building is simply breathtaking and they kept the 290 yo Haveli very well maintained. You really feel like you are in a palace. The location was good because we were in walking distance from several monuments (the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the Hawa Mahal). But keep in mind that you are staying in the heart of the Pink City so you should expect noises and honking. Because the hotel is tucked in a side street, the noises are not that loud and you can sleep through the night without issues. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant has great vegetarian options at a very affordable price. The quality of the food is very good. So, you don't need to look for restaurants in the evening. My husband and I would stay here again if coming to Jaipur for tourism.

I think the water pressure was not great and the shower head must be changed. The water came out in "all directions", you know? Not as a single/directed stream. Also, the fact that the shower room has no glass on the windows makes it a bit unpleasant to take night/early morning showers when it's 12 degrees outside. Another thing we noticed is that the water seems to run off during the evening/night. So, showering at night made us a bit afraid of running out of water in the middle of our shower (but this did not happen). So, keep in mind that morning showers are preferable.

Charming Heritage Stay in the Heart of Jaipur We had a wonderful stay at Bloom Boutique Chelon Haveli, perfectly located in the heart of Jaipur’s Pink City. The location is exceptional—just a short walk to Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar, making it an ideal base for exploring. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, retaining its historic charm while offering modern comfort. We stayed in the Heritage King Room, which was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a large shower, and stunning old architectural details that added to the experience. Breakfast was a let down —we only had it once, as there are plenty of great cafes nearby. Speaking of which, Blue Door Cafe right next door serves great espresso and has excellent service. The owner, Raju, was incredibly helpful, even arranging a tuk-tuk for us to visit Amer Fort and other sites outside the city. The cafe rooftop seating area was another highlight—perfect for relaxing and watching the daily life of Jaipur unfold below.

The one letdown for us was breakfast—it felt lackluster and didn’t quite match the quality of the hotel. We only ate it once. One thing we found odd—the hotel seems to have a rooftop, at least based on the photos, but no one told us about it. If it exists, it would have been nice to know, as we love spending time on rooftops watching city life.

Lovely, very spacious room in the heart of the pink city, close to many attractions. Chat-based system for requests made the experience seamless. Good to have a safety deposit box too.

Breakfast on-order items were very good, I would suggest doing that and skipping the buffet selection as this was very average. Due to its location, it can be noisy into the evening. However with fan on it causes minimal disturbance. Wider issue but we were not able to get an Uber to pick up outside the hotel, not in hotel control but something to note because of its central location.

As you get out of the property , the immediate neighborhood didn’t have a good feeling from safety stand point .

A very stylish and well-curated hotel in the center of the pink city in Jaipur. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beds very comfortable. The only downside is that there can be some noise as the rooms are facing the beautiful atriums and because the doors are traditional they don't close completely and there is no sound insulation. In any case, we would definitely stay there again, as this hotel was a small oasis in the middle of busy Jaipur.

Way Exceeds my expectations in some many wonderful ways! Super clean and private. I love it when staffs are friendly without being intrusive. Hotel is also connected to smart IT management I can click on email link to request what I want and staff delivered in no time. I recommend ALL to stay!!!! The location is very central but it’s situated in small quiet lane so abit hard to find and need to be alert to find and careful when walking in and out of hotel at night .

We loved everything about this haveli. It is situated in the middle of the city so ideal for walking to pretty much all of the monuments, museums, city palace (literally next door). The staff were so helpful & friendly as nothing was too much trouble. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable we had the best night's sleep in 2 weeks of being in India!! They offer a breakfast, although we didnt have this as not hungry, it all looked great. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay in when visiting Jaipur.

Overall, the hotel is very cosy and the room was small, but ok. I will say they did a good job in optimising space and keep the colonistic style. Breakfast was also plenty and delicious.

the only window was towards an alley and opening it meant noise from the street. Bed was very soft, and you better like the sound of a fountain, as it is in the middle of the hotel and always on. Staff was very helpful, but not too good at English. Towels were exchanged despite hanging them for 2. use
