Rooms, hygiene, staff, the managers (Hershal) attention towards the comforts of the guests, it was all a beautiful package. The rooms were spacious with ample natural light. Ample greenery from the windows. Approachable to hotels facilities yet at a comfortable distance that keeps the calmness of the place alive. The food there is nice if one has a taste for spicy south indian cuisine. A good place to unwind and revisit the lost lost activities we thought of doing but got lost in the hustle and bustle of life. A good luxurious affordable stay. We went there for a day of stay but ended up extending our stay for 4 days. This itself speaks of the place.

The hotel is located in Clarks campus and some of the facilities of the clarks need a revamp. Specially the attitude of the staff of their restaurant "The Goose" - irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour of their staff and specially the manager of the restaurant was regrettable.

There was a manager who was there to help you. In our case Hershal. He helped us organise transport to wherever we needed and the cab driver who drove us around for three days stayed with us all the time. Even during the Holi festival he was close by. Friendly and trustworthy (Chetan), he even invited us to celebrate Holi with his family. The room was great too.

Breakfast at the Sparks hotel (next door, shared) could have been better, we thought there could have been more choices and for example some more fruit. We had Breakfast at the Brij Nest and there you could order more fruit. Minor details, we were very happy with our stay and with the staff.

Loved the room and the peaceful location. In the midst of a small garden where you can see squirrels hopping about and birds chirping is the only sound you hear. Amazing location. Wonderful room and amenities.

The hotel is an extension of sorts to Clarks amer, but there's no signages directing you towards the brij next after you enter the Clarks Amer property. There's a 2 minute walk you take from a pathway, signages are a must to make it seamless.

Located very close to the airport, a cocoon within the hustle of the city. Green, charming and well maintained, the staff were extremely warm and hospitable - special mention to GM Mr.Hershel, Mr.Vikram at the reception; Mr.Rashid and Manoj at the restaurant as well. They saw to it that we were well fed and satisfied with our stay! Will definitely come back again :)

The staff at the front desk were not only professional and efficient, but also went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Their genuine smiles and willingness of Lokesh to assist truly set the tone for a remarkable stay. The attention to detail in the room was truly outstanding. The cleanliness and tidiness of the space were evident from the moment I walked in. The room was beautifully decorated, and the comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were of high quality, and I particularly appreciated the luxurious toiletries.

Wow, what an absolutely stunning place. I booked royal nest room, and it was so incredibly lovely, and such great value. Really well designed, delightful free standing bath. Great shower, nice big TV with comfy sofa, all the facilities you would want, very well appointed with comfy bed and lush furnishings. The staff are amazing. Could not have been more helpful. The downstairs restaurant, The Library, is brilliant, whether its the scrummy south indian breakfast, the brilliant Thali's, or the a la carte menu. Really fine south indian food, and its also a good place to work, with decent tables with power points to be able to work as you go. I'm not sure I can find a single fault with the place. Location wise, its close to the airport, and close to World Trade Park (lots of food options there too). If you're looking to be near the tourist places in the centre, then maybe you want to base yourself ther, e but then it wil likely be noisy. This place is in a leafy idyll and you feel a world away from the chaos of the city centre, and yet its not too far. I especially like the fact that i said I wanted to leave a review and the manager said that they don't like to solicit reviews - for me its a mark of just how classy this place

Everything about this stay was great! The property was well-maintained, the staff was extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely recommend this stay to everyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
