Room was very good but view could have been better - wall of old hotel obscured 70% of view. Room was clean and tidy with nice bathroom. Club Lounge 18 excellent in evening with limited choice of alcoholic drinks but adequate and nice canopees , during day place to have coffeee, soft drinks and relax, nice atmosphere led by Himanshu Singh and his team of attentive friendly staff. Had half board option but only allowed to eat at Okra, no credit to eat in other restaurants. However, Okra excellent food with lots of variety from Indian. western, chinese and japanese. Also Chati (local) man to sample various local indian foods - try the 'Bomb'. Variety enough to keep us interested for 5 nights but if busy, breakfast can take time if ordering omellettes, dossi etc For sightseeing, concierge at hotel can arrange driver + car for 4 hours for 1700 Ruppes which includes all parking fees etc - excellent value. Overall an excellent hotel near to airport with attentive staff and good value for money.

Weddings closed pool area for 3 of 5 days spent here, although hotel had plan B and offerred to take you to another hotels pool if required so thats OK. Laundry was not great, items came back shrunk and looking grubby. In Okra - beware the waiter's hard sell of still or sparkling water which will result in a bill at the eend of the meal - they have a free still water option which is just as good but only if asked - shame on you marriott.

Comfortable, contemporary feeling room, helpful service. Strong Wi-Fi. Food from restaurant was delicious. Especially liked that there was no additional fee for room service.

Very busy and bustling. Too far away from central jaipur (convenient to airport) They didn’t seem to have enough plates and bowls at breakfast and you often had to make requests of servers several times at breakfast. Our room overlooked pool area and we could hear event music, etc.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel - the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The facilities were very good, especially the pool for small children and the spa was lovely. We enjoyed both our breakfast and dinners at the hotel buffet - the special pancakes for the kids in the morning were a lovely touch and the different lentil dhals were some of the best we had in India. The location was great for exploring Jaipur and we really appreciated the hotels help in organising us a driver for multiple days - Hari was really friendly and helpful.

The staff is excellent, pool and fitness centre top notch, breakfast spread amazing full value for money spent.

Two areas of improvement are there 1. In other countries like Singapore etc, almost all five stars provide two key cards at checkin, so that if one of the guests has to go out or even to the pool the other can stay back and need not be bothered about elevator access of the other guest 2. Although I didn’t face this issue as I was early but several guests who came in at 9 for breakfast couldn’t find a seat for about an hour and were kept waiting, when operating at full capacity there must be an arrangement for extra sitting area for breakfast

Okra restaurant was truly superb. Breakfast options were excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. Laundry was prompt and at a good price.

Some nights were noisy, people up partying middle of the night. There should be rules on that. Room service was very good however I had a 2 hour wait for food on the last night. Staff need to be focused at all times. It is a top quality hotel and that is not acceptable.

Buffet, swimming pool, courteous staff, rooms etc etc. Dinner buffet, even breakfast buffet was amazing, never seen such a wide spread. You will be spoiled for choices. Staff is polite, everyone greeted me with a smile, rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool is amazing too, Couple of things stood out in swimming pool is that they covered the pool with a net so wont find birds in water. Also half of the pool is under the shade, so kids can enjoy even during summers and at anytime of the day.

Nothing to dislike about

it was amazing, the place is impeccable, with very friendly and competent staff. the hotel also created plenty of little nooks you can sit and hang out when meeting friend. The staff went above and beyond to make me vegan dinner and breakfast. the only reason I think that was a little sad is that traditionally so much Indian food, especially breakfast is vegan by nature, why the hotel chooses to add ghee and butter or milk is a mystery to me. but the place is amazing!

The staff was incredible helpful! I appreciated the proximity to the airport, and the concierge was helpful when I need assistance arranging everything - from a car to having something mailed.

There is a small lack of attention to details when cleaning. I noted this upon my arrive when I wiped down common surfaces, like light switches, and after my room had been cleaned. There was a small pile of debris left on the floor from likely the floor mop.

Loved the hospitality, the food. A special shoutout to Riya at the reception. Was super sweet and helpful, always smiling, a delight.

I think was 9/10 for me, just a lil cleaner lobbies and room tables etc couldve added the extra wow but overall very nice and comfortable stay. Probably wedding season so v busy but id say id be happy to visit again when there.
