I loved the neighborhood, but it is 45 minutes far from the main monuments. Therefore, it might be an issue for travellers travelling by themselves. Uber it pretty cheap here, so really the problem is the time lost in commuting. I still recommend the hotel, in spite of this.

Initially wifi access problem,but was resolved & was stable.No exec lounge access?No in room luggage rack.Int/Western meals on Limelight menu are poor quality.improve int.menu options.Problematic checkout.no bathroom toiletries

Beautiful room with big window overlooking my Tonk Rd. The bed and pillows were amazing, possibly the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve ever had. Breakfast choice is extensive and offers everything you could hope for, freshly cooked and delicious.

Only downside was receiving a phone call on the day of check-out insisting that we did not have late check out option and should have already checked out. This was despite lake check out having been part of the booking made online, with evidence of such in writing. I was advised that the manager would contact to discuss but this didn’t happen. Ended up with a late check out having not heard anything more but felt this semi hostile exchange had a negative impact on what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Big comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast spread was also quite nice. Also special mention of Rasna at the reception for the absolutely fantastic check out experience.

I hate the concept of having no latch on the bathroom doors or having rooms with bathrooms separated by a glass window that can be covered by a thin shade. I understand that this is supposed to look premium but in my opinion for a solo traveler maybe ok but for a family or even a couple I find this to be a major design no no. I actively tend to avoid booking such rooms for family trips.

The breakfast had a very good range including European Food, an excellent range of Indian Breakfasts. Staff were very attentive. The room & bed was incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was closed for renovation and when we looked for somewhere else, they upgraded us to a room with a plunge pool which whilst not for swimming was lovely when returning very hot from days out. We were there for Holi and they made a holi celebration in the garden.

Corridors were a little down at heel, but clearly renovations of rooms are going on. It was rather far out from the main attractions - really an airport hotel (lots of cabin crew) but it costs so little by tuk tuk to get to places, it didn't matter.

The hotel is slightly off from the touristy places and in an upcoming area. Rooms are good with a beautiful bath tub . The breakfast was good and it had some lovely live counters

The biggest problem faced was that there are no fans in the room and the AC did not function properly.. Made our nights very uncomfortable.. Restaurant food was good but thought it a little expensive .. had called in advance and had requested for an early check in..but the staff never got back

The design of the bathroom was by far the best we've seen and used. It's very convenient, the space was used wisely with guest convenience thought out. The fruit platter was also an excellent offering. The food selection on the menu, however, was a bit lacking and did not seem to cater to non-Indian guests. I would suggest adding some practical descriptions like main ingredients or "tastes-like" trivia could help.

Room service was good. Housekeeping was good. Rooms were big and clean. A special thanks to Narendra from Housekeeping for making our stay enjoyable.

There was no hot water in the bathtub. We didn't complain though, as we didn't use it. Water in the swimming pool was damn cold, even at 2 PM in the afternoon.

The breakfast was excellent.The rooms were spacious and well kept as per the expected standards. The in-room dining services were also excellent.

The front office staff needs to be more polite and lack the empathy as well as basic acumen of billing. The staff gave me only food/ in room dining bill and forgot to handover the stay bill. When asked, for the same, the FO staff is asked me, if I need a bill and should he print that too. It's the most common duty sense which an FO staff must know.

The rooms were all clean and neat . The hospitality of this hotel was top notch . Especially by Ms. Bidisha . She helped us in having a smooth stay at this hotel .

Some parts of the room were partially damaged. So they could be improved by proper analysis by the hotel staff.
