The staff are very helpful and friendly. The size of the room was good. Very clean hotel and good facilities. It's located near the airport so keep that in mind if coming for sightseeing.

The choice of breakfast items can be improved. We had an issue with the cooling in our room, the AC wasn't cooling but the HK was helpful and sent a fan

We wanted early check-in and were ready to pay for it. Initially, there were no empty rooms when we came, but even when rooms were getting checked out by other folks, the night shift staff at reception didn't get the hotel staff to clean up the rooms for us. Instead, we were asked to wait and we ended up waiting in the lobby for over 4 hours because of this. This was a really really bad experience as we had travelled a long way to reach there and still the hotel reception did not accommodate us or give us another thought.

The didn't gave us check in on time . We had to wait 2 hours .. It is not good for any hotel chai. They excused us that rooms are not ready at 4 pm.. They didn't had enough staff to operate this kind of hotel.

Ambience, hospitality, staff, price and the location. Rooms and lobbies are very well clean and aromatic. Rooftop pool and bar with a great view of the city. I must say it's the best deal to stay in a 5-star with the prices they are offering.

Nonetheless the breakfast was delicious, could have been more better with some more options and even the room size was bit small.

As usual fern bill desk poor service that is taking their own comfort for checking out process. Till time I have not received my invoices despite being committed to send on WhatsApp and email. Already 3 days have passed.

Near to my work place makes it a good location for me. I have been to this hotel a number of times and liked it.

Did not have face and hand towels.....they say it is as per their policy. Minibar is not stuffed.

Breakfast was excellent and at the level of 5 Star Hotels. The best part is we got Tea not like 5 star (English Tea with a Deep tea bag) but the Indian Masala CHAI! Location is superb and very near to Airport.

Comfort of Twin Beds.

Excellent location away from the hustle of the city and just a km from airport. The staff was extremely helpful , supportive & responsive .
