Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was OK but food was not hot and limited options. It then took time to replenish some items when they ran out. The staff in the breakfast area were helpful in providing coffee/tea and clearing our plates.

Service at the front door. When we arrived at the hotel, the person watched as we struggled to take our suitcases from the boot of our car and up the ramp at the front of the hotel. When we were checking out, we were asked to bring our suitcases to the lobby and they "helped" by wheeling them down the ramp to the boot of the car. We then had to lift the suitcases into the boot ourselves but they still wanted a tip.

Lovely room and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Food at breakfast had lots of choice.

When the rooms were made up no fresh towels were left. Staff need to make sure details like this are checked on a daily basis.

Very clean and comfortable. Very modern and recently refurbished. Nice pool.

Location not central and staff sometimes forget requests when you ring down for things. Better going to the reception desk.

The restaurant staff is very slow and very, very unfriendly, we waited a very long time for both drinks and food! Meat dishes and wine or beer are not available in the restaurant! The reception staff is also very slow!
