The room was comfortable, no disturbance, quite cozy place.

Was a simple room and bed was small according to 5 person, and the cost was Little high according to this facility

Room and washroom were decent in size. Bed was comfortable.

The overall property was very spooky and dark with very congested alleyways for rooms. More like a small and dark little hotel. Even though the bungalow is huge from the outside, the owners have reserved a very small portion at the back for homestays. At night, there is complete darkness and it feels very spooky. Even the caretaker leaves at night leaving you completely alone. They have ample parking space inside and yet you need to park your car on the road. The room has two led bulbs for lighting and very basic and rudimentary arrangements. They need to improve the lighting of the room to make it more cozy. Maybe add some ambient lighting? The entrance and outside of the bungalow also needs some lights. Overall a very average and spooky experience.

Beware of room size, photos of bed, and actual size of bed, definition of futon bed by the owner. There suite having two rooms, each having large beds around 6x12 feet can easily accomodate 4 persons each, is fine. But on the other hand, family room which has a bed little wider than 6x6 and they expect 5 persons to fit in. When protested, the owner provided a mattress (he calls it futon bed), which was no more thicker than a jaipuri razai. BEWARE of FAMILY ROOM.
