The staff were welcoming and very efficient, the buffet restaurant had a good choice for breakfast and evening meals The room was a nice size and had a good bathroom with nice toiletries but could have had more loo roll

The a/c didn’t work very well, we told reception and they sent someone straight away but he just told us we had to wait for it to cool down, even when it had been turned on all night the room didn’t get any cooler.

The check in timing's re quiet off as when someone is traveling and have booked the hotel for a day he/she cannot stay in the hotel if have landed before 1PM that is half of the day if early check in is required it cost's extra money this should not be the case at least if the check in time should be 11 am.

Room was good, locality for the purpose of travel for me was apt.

The hotel is very comfortable. A bit on the outskirts but not far from the action. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is quite large and the food delicious. Breakfast buffet also is also a good spread. Also the staff was friendly and helpful throughout.

The pool was not functional and we had to wait to get it cleaned and is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Flip side as it’s on the roof you have a great view.

Value for money, only issue was that centralized AC was not upto the mark, I had requested to check the cooling, person came and informed it's working fine but later on in the mid night it was not working properly.

Quality of breakfast served was not upto the standards set by the other hotels of Sarovar Portico.

The property have very well trained personnel who were at one’s beck over call nd reacts to one’s needs fast. All facilities are available and were in excellent condition . The free breakfast was well laid off and delicious . Overall our stay in India gave us a good impression especially the great rated stay in Sarovar Portico

The property was too far away located from city center.

A true Royal treatment in the heart of Bikaner. The owner, Shree Harshwardhan ji personally greet all his guests with warmth and humble hospitality. It was truly a blissful experience. He has the best collection of antique artifacts that reflect the true Rajasthan. The property is clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Do experience their cafe.

We had a short stay which was extremely comfortable and value for money. The staff in particular were extremely well behaved and trained it seems as found them very courteous. Special mention to the check in staff and Mr. Sandeep. Overall great stay in a very nice property

The location was great, and the facilities were good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The bathroom and toilets were very clean and tidy which is a big plus point for me.

The shower would sometimes not have hot water and the windows of the room could do with some cleaning as there are bird droppings on the window which makes us not enjoy the beautiful view of Vaishali Nagar properly.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff behaviour was good.

I booked a room where bathtub shown in hotel/room facilities but there is no bathtub and when we asked to the reception staff they refuse to give that room they told us that contact to booking.com we can’t help. This attitude was not good with your guest.
