The staff at Taj Devi Ratn is simply amazing. They are extremely thoughtful, polite and always available to delight their customers. A special Thanks to Mr Anil Kumar & Mr Srinivas Reddy who took extra care of us during our stay. Naresh & Muskaan showed similar traits echoing the values across the different levels of the team there. Every individual working there made us feel special and that is something that will remain with us forever. The breakfast spread is amazing, food is extremely tasty and the best part of the food is the traditional Rajasthani Thali which is too good to resist. Overall a very enjoyable stay at this property.

Everything was good ...

Everything about the property is excellent and staff exceptional - every single one of them. The musicians were special and the front staff like Aryan, Pranav were very engaging and helpful. The people in the restaurant were also very nice, and special mention to Vivek. The golf cart drivers were also prompt and cheerful and gave us namastes with a smile every time they passed. To sum up, this is Devi Ratn showing attention to detail and demonstrating class.

A point to improve is the cab service. The hotel offers half day or full day cab package, but the moment you are in the cab, the drivers are activating all tie ups with guides and stores. Once we are at the destination we felt a strong push to visit places and shops where they may be getting a commission. I felt that everyone was aware of it and the guys did not stop short of making these calls even when we knew what they were up to! For example; for the last day when the drivers knew that we just wanted to visit Bapu bazaar and go to station; they were absolutely uninterested in us and showed such restlessness and tried to take us somewhere else even though we had a connection to catch! It’s not OK and the hotel travel desk should take care a bit more.

The hotel facilities were great, they had a lot of activities for adults and children, including an afternoon "fair" with food, beverages, games for children, presentations (dancing, music, magicians, puppet shows) that would take place everyday (for free). Plus plenty of other (paid) activities for our kids. We loved the spa and the heated pool, and the breakfast was delicious. But the best thing about the hotel was how its personnel went above and beyond to make our stay special and keep us confortable. We were lucky to spend the New Year's eve there, what a feast and a great party! (Although there was such an insane amount of food that I was wondering what they did with the leftovers - I hope it was donated). I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

What’s not to like about Debi Rath it’s amazing it’s tranquil , private and pretty. Your met with a huge smile and a genuine welcome from the front of house manager Kanika and her colleague Ester , what a team. The bar is lovely and quiet in the evening and Vinay looked after us so well , at breakfast we were me with a huge smile every morning by Sunil and Regina There a complimentary afternoon tea each afternoon with local music The spa is so superb , professional and well priced The golf cart drivers were also so kind The list is endless this hotel ticked all the boxes for me but it’s the staff that blew me away No doubt that the staff at Devi Rath are the jewel in its crown

We stayed for 2 nights at Devi Ratn. It is a gorgeous property overlooking the hills about 30 mins away from the city into a village. The rooms at the property are spacious with all the amenities. The property has a beautiful infinity pool with a spectacular view around sunset. The hotel also offer some outdoor and adventure activity which we did not use. The architecture is interesting, although the lobby can be better. Hotel staff is extremely courteous and accommodative to special requests. Interesting breakfast with live classical music and astrologer on site and an ok high tea. There is a lot of open space around which is so refreshing.

The property is huge as result cooling is a bit of a challenge given that Jaipur can be really hot. The room temperature does not go below 21 degrees.

We had a great stay at this hotel. From check-in with Geeta en Preeti and Colleges, till the drivers on the resort and the lovely staff in the restaurant. We got a upgrade of our room. Which was huge. We have never stayed in such a huge hotel room with all the facilities you need. The staff at the restaurant was amazing. We would like to thank mr Raj Verma for his kindness and being helpful to us. But also Adithya for bringing us Indian Chai every morning. And of course we cannot forget Pintu, Shubnam, Jasmine, Jumina and ofcourse all the others. And chefs who prepared us special meals because the like to do so. And the amazing housekeeping staff with Poodja and a guy who is deaf, but we do not remember his name. Great how the hotel gives everybody a place in its company. When we arrived they told is, that this would be our second home. First we thought this would be a marketing sentence . But it really felt as a second home, because of the staff. We had an amazing time at Devi Ratn. A home away from home. Thank you for all your loving care.

Ordering a taxi from the hotel to the city centre is a problem. The Uber taxi's do not want to drive, because they can not get a ride back. The taxi service from the hotel is quite expensive.

The stay at Taj Devi Rattan was splendid. The connecting road to the resort was disappointing, though. Nevertheless, the amenities, food, life-size lost games, and the overall ambiance were unforgettable. Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure every need is met. A tranquil and beautifully maintained environment that provides a sense of peace and exclusivity. Thoughtful design and decor that blend luxury with local culture. It's always wonderful when everything comes together perfectly during a getaway.

yes we liked the breakfast very much. We have ordered ala carte in dinner but while waiting they asked to pick anything for dinner which we waiting free of cost

It was exceptional experience when i stayed in jan 2023.wonderful room,view,high tea etc But this time they provided me room in the C building as the room size was small i have spend more amount then before i suppose. View was of village. Hi tea last time was so much variety and this time 90 percent of the menu is cut. i have bring my special guest to experience the same but.......disappointed this time

The property is good , we visited during monsoon, lush green views and housekeeping staff was very caring and hardworking. All other staff were also very good and cooperative. Activities in property are Good like bicycle riding and pool activity. Food at chinese restaurant was amazing and delicious flavours.

First thing the road to the property. Property is 1 hour drive from main jaipur highway via jaisingh khor rod, which is via a village. During Monsoon it was filled with water dump and not good road to travel with kids. There is one more road via sisodiya Rani bagh , but we were not informed by the property before our travel. Make sure to confirm the correct road to property in monsoon and winters. 2. Activities at property are quite a lot but activity like zipline, trampoline, gunshooting , etc are chargeable at high price. 3. Food quality at the multicuisine restaurant and buffet items can be more varied according to a 5 star TAJ property.

We visited to celebrate our son's first birthday, and the resort made it even more special with a delicious birthday cake that we all enjoyed. Both my wife and I are busy doctors, so this stay provided much-needed relaxation for our family. The food at the resort was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The blend of luxury and personal touch made our stay truly special. We want to extend our special thanks to the young lady at the oriental restaurant and Mr. Vikram at the swimming pool, who took excellent care of our kids and made our experience even more enjoyable. None
