Pleasant short stay. Good location. Situated in a walking distance from the mall and easy to get public transport. Great spacious rooms and the hotel smells fantastic and super clean.

The staff ask too many personal questions about where i work, what is my designation and salary etc which made me uncomfortable. Also the breakfast is suited for Indian travellers only with the same continental options daily as most of the people staying there are Indians so if you are a foreigner you need to take this into consideration. Also during my visit we experience some mannerless and loud indian tourists with their kids and the staff did nothing to contain them.

The Room was a good size , spotlessly clean , large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. The pool and Bar area were bright and clean and enjoyable at Sunset. The Restaurant served a very good breakfast. Hotel Staff were all in Clean Uniform and very professional. Definitely would return if ever in Jaipur.

Possibly that Hotel is on a busy road but noise didn't impact on our stay.

The sight seeing tour guide was a great way to see Jaipur. Unfortunately I was charged more the following day to see two of the further forts as the excuse was it was not in the 8 mile radius! However, it was actually within 7.2 miles. Hence there was no real reason for this and staff were unable to relay why this way the case! My suggestion would be careful to have a more clear idea of these added costs that were just made up! I was also told that I would only be able to see one of those forts! However our driver, who was great actually made it to both forts and an elephant village in one day. Not sure why the staff and persons in charge of this service said otherwise!

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Great customer service experience.

Constant power failure. Happened once when we were in the elevator. Took couple seconds before it came back. They should at least communicate, we had a panic moment. So taking an elevator each time while we were there was getting a bit scary. I'm glad to say it never happened again.

Attitude of Reception official was not cordial .Rooms called Deluxe was not spacious..for the value

Booking through booking .com has its issues,as conveyed at Reception Travel desk charges,are higher than what we actually have to pay if booked directly..hotel official have their cuts..

Very clean. They offer water every day as a complete of the hotel. Staff very nice. The facilities in good condition. There is food really no spicy. Save is very large.

The bad has a very nice floor but slippery. The sound of the horns of cars can be heard from the 4 floor.

Little choice for sugary breakfast, otherwise you should be happy if you are going for savoury. Best ice tea (Mint/lime) in India though!

Associated tour operator for excursions in the city, etc. is a scam, prices 4 times more expensive than it should!

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a really great size and very nicely decorated. We had great views over Jaipur.

The bed sheets had a really odd texture to them they felt wet and crusty. The breakfast was very forgettable.

All the staff were very friendly. The manager in the 100feet above bar was so nice and treated us amazing I'm just sorry I can't remember his name to mention him. The room was clean and tidy and everything we were really well looked after.

There is a taxi company who is attached to the hotel. I would recommend finding other services as we had a very bad experience and ended up cancelling all of our proceeding bookings with them. This included the 8 hour tour of Jaipur and also transfer to agra.

Nice and clean, modern looking decor. Food was lovely. Room service too Used the spa facilities which was a nice surprise. The top terrace was amazing of an evening too
