Comfort inside room, quiet surrounding, pool is well maintained

Prices of Dinner and buffet are a bit on higher end. Small things like charging for 10 rupees chips inside room or a 40 rupees chocolate in the fridge is something beyond my understanding while you are already charging quite well for the room

Breakfast spread was good. Ample seating & very pleasant staff.

Certain items served were stale (;ast day's left overs) - foul smelling & tasting. Like sprouts, baked tomatoes, Vada pao. Not looking & tasting fresh. Fresh juices were missing. No nuts were available to add to the Cornflakes with Milk.

The housekeeping staff is very good. Breakfast is awesome.

The room did not have a bath tub which was a prime requirement of my daughter. Also the swimming pool should be available from 6 AM as it becomes hot later in the day. The swimming pool should be covered.

Doorman Chaturbhuj was very helpful and kind. Amenities were perfect and on call demand service was quick. Food was amazing and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Amenities weren't provided enough for number of guests booked.

The Stay was good, Hotel is at a good location, within 5 km you have the city centre, Breakfast was good, Kushal & Kajal at the restaurant were very good in service, Thanks to the Staff for their prompt service

Room, break fast,staff all good. Location wise is great for tourists.

Need to provide bedsheets under comforter. Rooms AC working good but still in summer temp comfo. Is too hot.

Room is ok and clean. got a lot of pillows on our bed. room quite spacious. the hotel located nearby shops and restaurants and shopping centers. restaurant provides good foods.

Tissue rolls are limited and rolled half than the normal standard roll of tissue in other countries.

Location and staff was very appreciative.

A/C Cooling in the room was not there. We were feeling hot inside the room and there also thermostat was not working even on the full mode.

The location is a bit outside the centre location. Park prime at same rate is in better location.
