The property is beautifully decorated with many traditional pieces from India and it is more than a hotel it gives you the feeling of being home. We loved the home cooked dinner and breakfast it made our stay really easy. All the staff were attentive, especially Dinesh who always had a smile and ready to help in whatever way he could. The Owners are a lovely couple and part of the property is their family home. (Separate to the guests) It is very close to a park and temple. It is also on a side street tucked away from the main road so quieter, however I don’t think India is ever quiet :-D They have a small library with reading room, great eating area, outside large veranda and small pool (we didn’t use the pool) the facilities in the bedroom had everything you need

There was nothing I didn’t like

Full of character. The owners are the epitome of gentility and hospitality. Our experience here actually exceeded our high expectations and we would highly recommend it to future guests. The team are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is mostly sourced from their own farm and the standard of the cooking is high – we actually had some of the best food of the entire trip here, which we did not expect. LGBT+ friendly.

The bathroom of our room, while perfectly serviceable, could do with an upgrade to match the room and rest of the property. Only a minor point though.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated with dark wood, traditional rugs and (most important!) comfortable beds. There are several inviting communal areas, with squishy sofas and well stocked bookcases. Where this place really excels, however, it's in the family who run it and their staff. They were professional and helpful, and went the extra mile, but were also warm, friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing I didn't like. However, if you want to stay in the middle of the action, close to amenities etc, this might not be the place for you. But if you're looking for a hotel that's an experience in itself, i'd recommend the Ikaki Niwas.

The host Jaidev and Devika were warm and friendly. The staff were very proactive and accommodating. Will definitely recommend 👌. Food was delicious. No request was too small or big for them. It is a pleasure to meet and interact with such lovely people 💕

Lovely helpful staff and owners. Very homely. Great traditional food with fresh, local ingredients. Small pool was very welcome after a tiring couple of days. Well located in quiet enclave. Great value for money. One of our favourite hotels on our trip - a great all rounder, we stayed at much more expensive hotels during our trip, but loved the personal service and friendliness of Ikaki Niwas

The service from the staff was second to none, absolutely superb. The petal shower welcome, mango juice, coffee with biscuits, all made this one of the best stays of our trip. The rooms, the showers and the staff make this a superb choice for a stay. Make sure you have dinner as well, the food is excellent.

This is a very charming and authentic place to stay while visiting Jaipur. I loved how at home I felt here. Also loved all the artwork, decor, and sitting areas from the rooftop patio where I ate my meals to the lounge outside my room to the lobby area where I waited for my Uber. My host JD was very generous and offered great insight to help me plan my visit to the Pink City. Akram, the manager was equally helpful and kind. He ensured every taxi, driver, and tuk-tuk I ordered found its way to the front door of the Haveli. Even waiting for me to ensure the driver understood my requests and where I was off to. And I had his number just in case I needed help while in Jaipur. With an early departure on my last day, Akram ensured I had a delicious boxed meal to take with me on my drive to Delhi.

I could have stayed here much longer! I didn't like having to leave.

Beautiful heritage hotel with comfortable and good sized room + bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and never too busy but the location is also great for nearby places to eat. Best of all is the staff and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and easy going. Akram was attentive and happy to help with recommendations and booking cars etc. (Jitendra who drove me to the Amber Fort was also friendly, chilled and had great music taste!)

Very friendly, family-like warmness. I caught a cold during my stay, but they worried and cared about me, provided me with medicine and good tea for soar throat. The facilities including room are super clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious and they even prepared for me a breakfast box for my early departure.

We stayed for two nights at Ikaki Niwas as our last destination of our 2 week Indian round-trip. It was the best decision we've made to stay at Ikaki Niwas, after having restaurant and hotel food all the time. We got welcomed with flower petals falling from the rooftop on us as we entered. It was like being welcomed by a relative to their house, being pampered with homecooked meals and just relaxing. The service was great, and that home-vibe was very much needed.

Would have prefered a double bed rather than two single beds.
