Everything was clean, check in was easy, and staff were helpful. Mr. Singh, the property’s taxi driver was excellent for our trip to Amber Fort. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The pool was nicely set and kept clean throughout the day. Really the star was the property and its location on a quiet, garden street. It did feel like an oasis. The property doesn’t have a bar but the property right across the path has an excellent bar with an extremely nice outdoor terrace.

The architecture is nothing short of magnificent, making you feel as though you're royalty in your own palace. The hotel boasts some of the finest chefs, offering an extraordinary culinary experience. However, what truly stood out for me was the warm and attentive hospitality of the staff. Although my stay was brief, I would love to return. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're on holiday or celebrating special occasions and milestones.

Wow, what a top-tier stay! Everything was very clean, the service was impeccable, and the hotel itself is just beautiful, especially at night. We tried out the pool on our first night and ended up swimming every day. It's 4 feet deep with crystal clear water - they use a filtration system instead of salt or chlorine, so it's a lot easier on your skin and eyes. The breakfast was great - there was no buffet as there weren't enough guests, so they just took our orders and encouraged us to have whatever breakfast items we liked. The entire staff was so nice - my one regret is that we forgot to tip them at the end of our stay. The location is also great - there are multiple good restaurants nearby, and many things closely accessible by auto. Of note: they have a credit card machine, and my Canadian Mastercard worked without any issues. You can also pay for the hotel stay through their website. Any food/drink must be paid in person, NOT through the website.

The wifi was non-functional in our room (208, end of the hall). It was better in the main ground floor areas of the hotel, but still spotty.

A really nice heritage hotel with lots of old India character. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was really nice. Staff were relatively friendly, although compared to some of the homestays we have stayed at, it had a much more clinical hotel vibe e.g. no real insights into where the best places and local knowledge you would get from a homestay. Apart from that it was really nice. Very nice and clean rooftop pool, breakfast was good, buffet style and loved the antiques in the reception area

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Rajasthan Palace. It was the highlight of our trip through Rajasthan. The facilities are modern and clean, the food outstanding, the staff was very helpful and able to accommodate our food allergies (gluten intolerance) and overall a great value for the price. Just keep in mind that the location is 30 minutes away from downtown. However, this means that the rooms are very quiet at night and it’s easy to organise trips to the city. We would definitely come and stay again.

It feels like a veritable Indian palace! Very well decorated with a nice, peaceful front garden and inner court. The view from the rooftop is pretty good, you can spot Nahargarh Fort. The food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner is amazing! Staff is there to help with a personal driver and laundry service at affordable prices.

The cold water in the shower could be improved. There were two taps and setting the right water temperature was challenging for me.

Fantastic boutique hotel with a clean pool on the roof, great historical design, and good breakfast. The staff was excellent and helpful, and the room was quaint and comfortable. The hotel entrance is within a quiet alley, which is very nice to off of any main street, as well as being close to the Pink City. Overall, it was a very nice overall stay, and will come back when I visit Jaipur again.

It's an older building so expect some dated walls and cracks.

Room size exceeded expectations. Staff were quick to respond to requests for housekeeping. The bathroom was good sized and newly renovated. The balcony attached to the room and the window seat inside the room were a pleasure to use. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Smell from the bathroom drains can be a little uncomfortable but it’s a design flaw we’ve seen in other hotels as well. Breakfast service is not as smooth as it can be as we have to wait for empty dishes to be refilled. Post booking and pre-check in communications can be much better.

The hotel was clean, well maintained with its royal heritage preserved through architecture and collection of rare artifacts in its lobby. The staff was very cordial and made sure we have a very comfortable stay. There are a lot of good up and coming cafes and restaurants around as well and overall the location is great, and close to many heritage sites in Jaipur. They also help you with day tour cab services at a nominal price.
