Narain Niwas is gorgeous. Beautiful property, beautiful rooms and some of the best restaurants and bars in the city are on-site. There is also a really beautiful shopping complex on-site that is super reasonable prices and the coffee shop has amazing coffee! ☕️ Staff are lovely. Rooms are really comfy and super cute designs that will truly make you feel like you’re staying in a palace. Peacocks on the lawns and monkeys in the trees will make you feel like you’re living in luxury in the jungle!

Some of the facilities are a little outdated. Pool isn’t heated, bathrooms are mixed quality with some toilets etc being quite old. Room service is expensive and some staff can be a little pushy for tips. It’s a small distance from major tourist areas but it’s super close to trendy suburb of C-scheme so if you’re a foodie/love to shop this location is perfect. Overall this shouldn’t prevent you from staying here though - is a great place to be.

The property is well located and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is a hi lite surrounded by beautiful gardens,peacocks, birds and squirrels. Orleans restaurant is great for a quick light meal. The carrot soup was delicious and the coffee is good. The staff are kind and friendly. Laundry service is of a high standard, my clothes were returned timeously and packed with leaves of white paper between the garments.

Although the property has a lot to offer, what lets it down is the very poor and old fashioned decor In the bedrooms. With the access to incredible textiles and magnificent art, the replicated pictures of British people from the 1700 s is not only ugly but gives the room a cheap look.

The room was very spacious, there was lots of towels, hot water, and a warm quilt on the bed! There was a wide range of options at the breakfast buffet and it was all very tasty. The staff giving the massage services in the spa were excellent.

We ate or drank in most of the restaurants and bars, the food was mostly OK in all of them, though the volume (rowdy customers!) did not complement the meal experience. Palladio was a stand out location for cocktails (though expensive). My favourite hotel staff were part of breakfast service as they were efficient and not on top of your all the time or seeking tips, which we felt often with others.

Beautiful restful space from the hectic pace and noise of Jaipur. Beautiful historical property. Beautiful breakfast space with excellent mix of Indian and Western options. The hotel has multiple bars and restaurants on the property which are really convenient.

Staff felt a little stiff. Not everyone at the reception was welcoming. At checkout we were asked to pay for charges before being shown the list of charges. Restaurant, porters, and grounds staff were wonderful. There was a cultural show at the Imperial Lancers restaurant, but the quality was mediocre.

It is a beautiful heritage hotel with lots of character. We were offered a choice between a couple of the standard rooms to choose from and chose one with a more up to date bathroom (some of them a look a little dated but are absolutely fine). The room itself was lovely and again lots of character. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast is included which was a bonus. Swimming pool is really lovely. Location is great with a nearby bar and restaurant and easy access into the key tourist sites.

The old world charm and ambience. The pool area was well kept and beautiful and inviting We were upgraded to a garden room which was lovely The evening dancers were very good The gardens were lush and the peacocks were beautiful

Some misunderstanding over our half-board status which made us uncomfortable as we really had to pursue half-board mean’t evening meal. It did spoil it for a while.

It has been my favorite hotel in Jaipur for over a decade for the extreme beauty of its reception rooms, its fantastic breakfast on the terraces overlooking the lush gardens and the large swimming pool where you can spend cool moments on sunny afternoons. I would like to warmly thank Mr. Gujendra Singh for the extreme kindness always shown in assigning me my favorite room, but all the rooms of this wonderful heritage hotel are truly beautiful. Everything is beautiful!

It has been my favorite hotel in Jaipur for over a decade for the extreme beauty of its reception rooms, its fantastic breakfast on the terraces overlooking the lush gardens and the large swimming pool where you can spend cool moments on sunny afternoons. I would like to warmly thank Mr. Gujendra Singh for the extreme kindness always shown in assigning me my favorite room, but all the rooms of this wonderful heritage hotel are truly beautiful. The best place in Jaipur!

I enjoyed my stay, the onsite Indian restaurant was excellent. Pool area is good and breakfast was good too. My room was large with a shared balcony, separate dressing room and ensuite bathroom. I had a fabulous massage in the lovely spa on site. My room had a fridge which was great.

My room was sparsely furnished but comfortable. Could have done with a top sheet on the bed and nicer soft furnishings. The armchair was really ugly...room appeared sort of unfinished.

To begin with the location is at the heart of Jaipur. Right in front of the Bus stand. Everything in Jaipur is not more than 20 mins far from here. The property is pretty , clean and has its own huge area and parking space despite being in the middle of a rush city like Jaipur. Apart from that the famous Shikaar Bagh restaurant and Pallidium Bar is right in the hotel premises along with the Imperial Lancers their very own food hub. Must stay ! Recommended !! Highly Recommended !!
