My wife and I are amid palace visitors, we just love to explore palaces in India and Rambagh was always on our list. So I planned to give my wife a surprise pre birthday celebration at Rambagh Palace and for that I would really appreciate how the management worked up all together and made the experience really smooth for me. Shubham played a key role in understanding and executing the entire plan, he took the responsibility and kept me on loop via calls and messages and going that extra mile which really impressed us both. Not to mention the entire team who decorated and made some amazing handmade cards and flower decorations for us to cherish the event even better. And at Rajput Room Chef Kuldeep Sharma and Vikram not just suggested my wife to eat dal mutton churma but also demonstrated on how to eat it to get that perfect Rajasthani flavour! Chef was so humble and kind and kept visiting our table to check on us and we felt nothing less than home under his guidance. Swarna Mahal is a treat to both eyes and stomach with so much history that one can just be awestruck! Sukhlal made the experience even better! The entire palace is so well kept and mainitained and our suite was taken care by Bhavika who took care of the roomservice and must say the woman is a wonder. She also gave us an entire tour of the palace and other suites enlightening us with our rich heritage. For anyone who plans to visit this property just has to worry about packing their bags to reach this heaven cause once you step in, you have nothing to worry about.

This is more than just a hotel it is an unbelievable luxury experience. The palace itself and the grounds are beautiful but what sets it apart is the service and staff hospitality. They cater to your every need and it seems that any request you have they find a way to make it happen. Beyond a 5 star experience, if you have the means this is absolutely an experience worth having. Karan, Khateeb and the hotel manager Pradip were all incredible throughout our stay. We will definitely return again someday!

Everything was fantastic.

This is one of those hotels that goes beyond the extra mile in making your stay memorable. Karan and khateeb were our dedicated butlers who became extended part of our family. Service was sooo sooo good. Every request of ours were met with a YES and delivered . I have no words for this place. They also have a divine musician who plays the flute there which goes so well with the entire atmosphere with peococks dancing in the background and his flute playing its divine . Must must experience .

Fantastic stay with many free activities, which the kids and we enjoyed a lot! The food was good and the service at restaurants was wonderful and helpful with the kids who were tired. Loved the peacocks walking around the property and the Christmas decor and lights were stunning. Little gifts left on the bed were a nice touch.

Things felt slightly disorganized. When we arrived they sort of oversaw us and we didn't get the special welcome with flowers until we asked for it. A similar situation occurred at dinner when we were told there was a show so we should eat outside, so we waited for it outside in the cold the show was delayed by half an hour and we were eventually told to move inside to eat. We hired a driver from the hotel and while he was nice and professional he was also pretty sick with the flu or something, which made us slightly uncomfortable. Rooms were colder than expected at night. We have a heater, but as the rooms open directly to the open-air corridor you could feel the cold air coming in.

My goodness, this place knocked my socks off. It was sublime. The hospitality is next level, and the staff are amazing. They go out of the way for everything--when I couldn't make up my mind over an entree, the server brought me a bit of the one I didn't order as well, because she saw how undecided I was. The car we hired from the hotel for sightseeing...the driver made it his personal mission that I shouldn't have a single drop of rain on me, as I entered and exited. The general manager was next level--my husband lost his ear pods (they fell out of his pocket), but the lengths to which the staff went to retrieve them...this experience is unique. It is old school Indian hospitality at its best, combined with impeccable property management.

The only thing we didn't love is that they've fallen prey to the trend that we're noticing at high end properties across the world--pumping fragrance through the vents. Noticed this especially on our first day, but then it grew less noticeable. Wish that all hotels would stop this misguided trend. Can't be good for health, all these fake fragrance chemicals.

A Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Setting! The Staff were just Wonderful! Everywhere you walk is a pleasure to the eyes! There are peacocks roaming in the Gardens and if you feed them with the grains the Hotel Staff give you they will walk right up and eat out of your hands. Tea at the Verandah is a lovely relaxing experience. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard garden with the fountain, and again all was lovely! The Breakfast has the usual full range of choices one can expect to enjoy. You can join a Tour of the hotel where you learn the History of its Days Gone By. The spa is a recommended indulgence in a Beautiful setting with indoor and out door pool areas. If you get a chance to stay it is Highly Recommended!!

Impressive building. Nice rooms.

Snooty service, some unfriendly staff. Not as good as other hotels for the money. We stayed at Ramburgh after staying 2 nights in Jodhpur at the Umaid Bhagwan, also a Taj property. However we just didn’t have the same feeling about it. The hotel is beautiful and staff were efficient but aloof and some were unfriendly. The hotel is very busy and lacks the intimacy and personalised service of other Taj hotels. Our next two nights were at the Oberoi which was welcoming, friendly and still a beautiful hotel. The Umaid Bhawan has service on another level and it’s a shame that the Rambagh palace is not on the same level.

Amazing experience on Amazing palace the staff there give you the chance to feel your self as one of the royal family really it was the perfect stay on my life I went there to celebrate my 7th wedding anniversary they take care about us perfectly special thanks to khateeb, Vijander, karan , komal , Mohini , Danish , shambshu, Riddhi, soddhi, sowati and vikas I hope I didn’t forget any name because they are deserve more as agreat welcoming team . God bless you all and see you again for sure.

Nothing every thing was Amazing

We LOVED everything about our stay but especially the staff. They made our holiday incredibly special and couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and lovely all round, always going above and beyond. A special thanks to Amit, Pradeep & Shuchita! The most beautiful place, unbelievable food, lovely gardens.. can't wait to return! Also a shout out to Manish and all the pool staff.
