The hotel was sparkling clean, the bed and sheets were really comfortable, and the room was spacious and luxurious feeling. It was also VERY quiet which was nice and is unusual for Jaipur. The staff was very responsive and attentive. It was a great value for the money. I really liked the hotel and would go back. The food was yummy too.

The only part I didn't like the gym. It seemed like it had been locked up for a long time, very musty with a broken mirror, and super stuffy. I wanted to use it, but didn't for that reason. The pool was also not what it looked like in the photos. I never saw anyone on the roof the entire time I was there,

-The room size and hotel ambiance are excellent. -There are abundant lounge chairs to chat and relax on the upper floors. -The bathroom, amenities, and pool are excellent. -Staffs are responsive and helpful. -Breakfast food quality is excellent. -The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the airport. This hotel is a very convenient place to stay if the plan is to see Jaipur city, Jal Mahal, Hawa mahal, the city palace, Bapu Bazaar, etc.

-Wifi connectivity/speed was not up to the mark, despite raising the concern and the technical team looking into it, things didn't work out positively. This was concerning for me as there was an online business meeting planned during the stay. -Only vegetarian food is served.

The entire team at Shakun and in the Pantheon were lovely and looked after us so well in particular Amok, Deepak and Naveen, and the guards at entry have to be the smiliest in the world, you know you're in safe hands!

The booking.com and google reviews are so harsh, or else management has made recent changes and the team is hard at work because everything was wonderful throughout our stay. We have no complaints.

The ambience was good. Great location. Rooms were fine, no complaints.

The Hotel was Veg Only! It wasn't mentioned in the booking page or main screen. After reaching there and making payment I got to know this. I had taken. Half Board for 3 nights but ate dinner just one day. Now from next time, I'll have to double check if the hotel serves non veg food or not, I mean i never saw any hotel being given 4/5 star rating serving veg food only. Kids play area was missing, could have been better.

The hotel is clean and beautifully furnished, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, making the stay very enjoyable. The only area for improvement is the breakfast, which could benefit from a wider selection of Western dishes. Overall, it’s a place I would recommend!

Good location, room was big and comfy bed. The shower was good and had extra toiletries, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooftop pool was na nice extra and no one was there when we used it.

The walls in the room were quite dirty, and the rooftop pool area could definitely do with more care. The wood around the pool seemed quite worn with screws coming out, and the rooftop overall was quite dirty.

Great value for money, comfortable hotel, excellent restaurant (although 100% veggie, the variety was fantastic). Cleaning service also with great quality

The major problem is the total lack of insonorisation of the rooms. At any time of the night (2am, 4am,...), we always listen lots of noice, and that prejudices our rest

One of the best hotels by far. We have stayed at many hotels in India and this one was probably the best. The breakfast was amazing and they travel desk was very helpful. The hotel was a truly great experience.

Check in efficient and staff helpful. Excellent staff in the breakfast area/dining room each day. They were all very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The menu was very varied and interesting.

It took some time to organise transport and tours. We stayed during Diwali so this may have been a factor. Didn't realise when we booked that menu is vegan (our error). This may not suit everyone.
