Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I'd be happy to share what we particularly liked. The room was a highlight. It was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed provided a fantastic night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was another great feature. There was a wide variety of delicious options available, catering to different tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and it was the perfect way to start our day of exploring. Finally, the location was perfect for our trip. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to get to all the major attractions we wanted to visit. Being in such a central spot saved us a lot of travel time and allowed us to make the most of our vacation. Overall, we loved the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and the superb location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful time at Golden Tulip Jaipur. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The Hotel Restaurant “Marigold” offers great regional but also continental cuisine. The Breakfast Buffet has a big variety of items and everyday there’s something new available. The Food is Delicious. The whole Buildings especially from the Outside represents true Rajasthani Maharaja Culture. It’s an amazing experience. The Hotel has a good Gym Area. The staff were very friendly and polite always ready to assist you with the help you need. We are really happy that we booked this Hotel because it turned out to be one of the best Hotels we’ve ever resided in. It’s the best Hotel in Jaipur.

This is our second time here & must say they are really Good , staff is good & polite . Food is great. Lokesh ji served us with all the love & made sure we have a good time, Mr.Neeraj & Ms.Muskan helped us for smooth check-in check out , Mr.Pawan at the BAR is very welcoming & a great host, & one gentle soul , I am sorry missing the name but he is in Housekeeping department little senior in age- he is such a sweet person ,he meets & greets you with a big smile , it made our day every time we met him . All in all great stay & experience 😊

Everything was good just 1 little thing the glass watter bottle caps are very sticky due to usage of safety tape. Hotel should look for an alternative as that gum makes the cap sticky & unhygienic.

The location is central and convenient, rooms clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space after a long day. Overall ambience of the hotel — modern and warm. The food at the restaurant was enjoyable, with a good variety. Friendly staff, trying to resolve any issue according to your needs, headed by a proffesional Neeraj.

Poor swimming pool, needs to be developed. Also, while some staff members were courteous and professional, a few interactions felt indifferent. The hotel has strong potential — the property itself is lovely and well-managed in many aspects. I hope to see improvements in staff training and guest handling in the future, as that would truly elevate the experience to match the brand’s promise.

The hotel was in a great location, staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious and the property is modern and new but still has the touch of Jaipur. The Hotel Taxi driver, Hari went above and beyond to make our trip to India exceptional. If he wasn’t helping us, we would have missed visiting Taj Mahal as we didn’t know it that Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. He helped us to change our bus tickets and really helped us to see everything we possibly could in Jaipur. Also Madon the other staff was really helpful and polite. We also used hotel ‘s laundry service and they were fantastic and very reasonable. Overall strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

1. Polite staff: Front desk, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, and the restaurant staff, were all very polite and accommodating. Our drivers, Rakesh ji and Nemichand ji were an absolute delight- they both were helpful cooperative, and took us to a refreshing sightseeing and eatery tour, all tailored to our specific requests. 2. Nice plush beds; our kid enjoyed it a lot. 3. Spa masseuse was very skilled; we loved our Spa treatments.

1. Buffet breakfast variety of items was okay but can be improved. Scrambled eggs were a bit watery. Masala Tea was a little too milky - not to our liking. 2. In-room fridge was not stocked; no microwave in the room. 3. Spa front desk did not open on time. We were first told the spa starts at 9:30am, then informed it will open at 10am but didn't. We wanted to make a Spa reservation before leaving for our sightseeing tour; but couldn't catch anyone at the Spa reception and got delayed. Kept calling till 10:30am while on-the-go but no one picked up the call. Eventually, connected around 1pm to make the Spa reservation. 4. View from our room window was a giant cement wall :(

Big plus, hotel is quiet in the busy city of Jaipur. We mostly booked the hotel for its gym and price/value. Gym was ok, definitely not anymore like on the pictures. Bit outdated.

They don’t allow any outside food. Really not understandable, especially, since soooo many Indian hotels offer to call when delivery service arrives. They even stopped us when we walked in with a dessert.

They let us check in in the middle of the night instead of at 2 pm when we arrived from Delhi on an overnight transfer. Since our room was not yet ready, we were given a deluxe suite for our first night, then changed to our room afterwards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the facilities are very beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! We would stay there again without hesitation!

There was some construction noise audible in the hotel at times, but if renovations are needed, they have to be done. The noise wasn't too much of a concern and it's good to know the place is kept up well!

Good breakfast with a nice selection of options. Room was a decent size and when asked, they set up a bed for the kids without too much of a wait. Beds were comfy and the Aircon/heating was good.

Although we'd requested on the site, no extra bed was made up for the kids. We only had two towels despite four of us staying in the room. I was woken up at 7am by a member of staff asking for the ironing board back (no apology and I hadn't used the iron or board?) TV not functioning, no external windows. Just a view into the reception foyer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the guest service was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations: the cleanliness, comfort, ambience, and attention to detail were all top-notch. Everything was excellent, and I truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommended and I would definitely love to stay here again!
