It was a modern hostel with good equipment It was also clean

The very complicated check-in process I was bombarded with messages like to do an online check-in because of a „100% pre-payment policy“, otherwise my booking is deleted. To me, it was not clear whether I had to pay online, so I replied that I‘m coming and will pay in cash at the premises before entering the room. This was not understood and stoically repeated that there‘s a „100% pre-payment policy“. I never questioned that - just wanted to pay in cash.

Great services (they can do laundry, provide hairdryer, towels, etc. for additional charges), helpful staff. Extra clean dorms (honestly some of the cleanest I’ve seen, not just in India but globally) and comfortable beds.

Located on the corner of a very busy road which means it’s never quiet. I had to sleep with my earplugs. The metallic structure of the bunk beds is not the best, very noisy. A wooden structure would be better. The fact that you have to use their online platform for every single thing is very annoying especially when you have to pay by card. The cafe/restaurant on the rooftop is shitty (expensive and the food is ranging from not good to horrible), don’t go there!

The restaurant had some very intresting european food, with an Asian twist.the room was clean. We lost a piece of jewellery, which later turned up in our bag, but the staff were very concerned trying to help us find it... including offering to check CCTV. They gave us a reccomendation for a place that locals go to food, admittedly we think we got food poison but it was the tastiest meal we had.

Loved the pink walls, I mean what's not to love. They have moved the registering at the hostel online, which means you filling the details in and then there was an additional set of their own questions that took up time and I didn't want to fill in.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was modern and nice. Better than I expected. Elevator access to all floors is also nice.

There is a small restaurant/cafe on the rooftop, but the only way to make payment is to use their website or app, and you need to also use your booking/reservation ID. This is unnecessarily annoying and time wasting. I like cashless systems, but let me just pay with my card, without having to use your website/app and bother with finding reservation IDs etc.

The hostel was great! We booked a deluxe double room, and we were extremely satisfied with it. The room was clean, had everything we needed (air conditioning, fan, towels, body wash, shampoo and even conditioner). You could hear the traffic from there but it was not disturbing at all. They have a great café with international and indian foods, you can order anything via their site from your room, too. They even offer laundry service. It's a bit expensive but it was quickly done.

You have to pay the rooms in advance and you can only do it through their site (booking did not accept any of out cards), where they charge extra fees depending on the payment type (it's not a lot but was a bit annoying). Google pay did not work with my international card but I could use the simple card payment.

Never understood this kind of open showers that flood the whole bathroom (but it's quite common in India) Second bed in the triple room is really small (which I asked upfront if it was a good size - it wasn't ) The hotel tries to do everything in a app which sometimes complicates more than helps The room seems more modern in the pics than it is Paid a lot more than what's listed because the hotel wasn't able to validate credit card from Booking

The really was really clean and amenities provided was really good ,staff were really friendly too.

There is a gap between the bed /wall so many chances of getting our phone lost in that gap . I only got to know this when my phone had gone through that I was on the 2layer of the dormitory. When I reached ground and searching for my mobile I realized that my purse was also lost inside. People who are not aware of it can lost their valuables so please try to resolve this. And the curtain that is covered Is not tight enough the rod that supporting the curtain is not tight so there is a high chances to fall down when we are not aware . If you could resolve this issues it can make the stay more worthy. I really loved the time I had over there . Thankyou.

First of all the location of the property was very nice. I'd say it was exactly in the middle as it was near to the Sindhi Camp Bus Stand as well as near to Jaipur Railway Station Junction. Also it was situated on a moving road so no problem in getting auto, cab at any hour. Moreover, it is near the very famous Gulab Ji chai wala of Jaipur so if you're staying you should definitely try and visit. I was travelling solo so sharing room with other people helped me in socialising.

Good room with all the basic things we needed for our stay. The staff was super helpful and assisted us in all our needs. Unbox cafe at the rooftop had also excellent staff with delicious food. Thank you! 🙏

Bathroom was unclean when we arrived and the hotel room had a unpleasant spell for us. We could not figure out if it was cigarette smell or a smell of the ”air freshness” packets they used.

Friendly and approachable staff. Big rooms which were very clean and nicely decorated. We used laudry service which came back the next day and we were happy. Location is convenient. There are nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and a short uber/rickshaw to the city palace area. The cafe on the roof has many options for food.

Wifi isn't the best, but still works well enough to write this review
