About the hotel Excellent Staff.. Very helpful and amazing attitude. Very polite behaviour. Running hot water. Big room & comfy beds. All types of payment mode available. When asked for beverages (tea / coffee) anytime they made it available.

About the location - The location of the hotel is completely horrible. Too much of noise as the location situated very next to the main road and above the hotel building metro is running. I had no sleep throughout my stay. Vehicles kept horning all the time. Nasty smell across the area. Especially urinary smell. I felt like I stayed in Slum. About the the hotel - Rooms aren't clean that much. I saw dust everywhere. No locks working in the windows. Any stranger can easily access to my room during the night. Though hotel persons / CCTV are monitoring, it is always good to have the proper secured systems for safety. Luckily my things were not robbed. A/C was not working properly most of the times. Many times some interior work going on in the hotel during the day time. All I was hearing the drill sound which was quite annoying. If they look into these petty issues I would rate the Best for the hotel alone.

big room, nice interior, clean towels, quiet - even on the street (asked for a quiet room)

the cupboard was terrible -after seeing the inside we quickly closed it and didn't use it. The smell from the sink in the bathroom was so strong that we couldn't enter it without using incense sticks before. there were this mothballs in the sink but they make it even worse so we threw them away and kept burning incense sticks while using the bathroom.

Only the bed and bed linen were clean

The room was decent but it wasn't clean. Only the bed was clean rest everything had layers of dust on it. The washroom was terrible, extremely dirty.
