After traveling for over 10 days it was a nice change of pace to stay in a hotel with the luxury of room service and a fitness room. The bed was quite possible the most comfortable I slept in during my 2.5 weeks of travel across India and the front desk were very helpful and kind. Staff had left a thoughtful note and super cute towel animal on my bed when I arrived which was an unexpected touch I really appreciated!

The walls were a little thin so I heard everything happening in the hallway as well as my neighbors nextdoor. While annoying it was easily solved with some earplugs and headphones.

As you would expect from a Marriott - beds comfortable, bedroom & bathroom clean & spacious with friendly staff. Lovepreet our housekeeper was excellent and so kind. Breakfast options are good.

Dinner wasn't too great - we opted for a la carte instead of buffet, so probably recommend buffet if you want dinner there. We had a small issue with the laundry as well but was rectified once speaking to the reception desk.

The staff at the reception ar friendly and in the restaurant they are great, very friendly, inviting and helpful. The breakfast was very good: besides Indian food, omelette was cooked as per request. The room I got had all the working facilities. It also contained a kettle, an ironing board and slippers.

the noise level from outside, there was always some sound as from the working device/engine or so.

Overall, it was a nice experience. However, we didnt like the pizza we ordered for in-room. It tasted like an over-priced frozen pizza. Another thing we didn't like was one staff at reception upon check out. He wasted our time to settle our bill. We were requested to pay in cash or by credit card (extra 5.5% charge on top plus your credit card company's transaction fee). We decided to pay in cash, but then he couldn't give us the changes. And his attitude was a bit arrogant.

The location was nice and the food was delicious. The staff went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Special mention to Mr. Amrit the F&B manager and Mr. Govind.

The washroom was very small and cramped. Also the bathing area was not fully enclosed and everytime you took a bath the whole washroom was a mess.

Well loved everything, it was amazing! Karan in restaurant was exceptional but so were each and every staff we met. This is an ideal place to stay and makes visiting Jaipur so relaxing and easy. It’s a real oasis from the city life. Breakfast is a fantastic spread and buffet at night is fantastic. The chefs are really working hard. Super clean and very safe. Best hotel in India so far on one month trip.

Nothing, it’s perfect!

The customer service of the Front - office staff. Special mention to Mr. Abhishai, Ms. Urvashi, Ms. Heena, Ms. Reenki, Mr. Ashish & Mr. Praveen (Security Officer). They were very courteous in resolving the guest problems. Overall excellent staff with fine hospitality. Good comfortable beds. Good location.

Bathroom facilities. No shower door or shower curtains installed in the shower.

Breakfast: There was a lavish spread with very courteous staff. Location: Located very centrally with most things in close proximity. Staff: Extremely helpful and friendly.

Smart TV’s are the requirement of the day. Most hotels have very easily connectable interfaces for both iPhones and Android devices. I found it hard to connect my iPhone as only the Airtel remote was provided and not the Samsung one.

A very nice hotel in Jaipur, with great services for exploring the city. A special thanks to Jeewan and Rizwan for their service during meals. Shakshi, Gurdeep and Rinkee for their helpfulness at the counter to make our stay unforgettable. Additionally a special mention of Rajndar Singh for his driving skills to transfer us swiftly back to Delhi.

This hotel offers the standard quality you’d expect from a typical Marriott. Everything was clean, well-organized, and in its place. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The only downside is that the restaurant felt a bit overpriced for what it offered, but aside from that, everything was good. A solid, reliable stay.
