Everything was very beautiful, very big room lots of space also in the bathroom! Doesn’t happen all lot of times in India. Definitely worth the price!

There was a lot of noise trough construction work. They started after 9:30, normal times to do it. Unfortunately I was sick during our stay (which had nothing to do with the hotel), but that’s why I had some struggles sleeping sometimes.

All the staff of the hotel and the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. We availed of the free pick-up service from the train station and that was great. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The restaurant has great food and a great atmosphere. In comparison to other places it’s more expensive but we were happy to pay that for the convenience and for good food. There’s a supermarket 10 minute walk down the road.

The water in the shower wasn’t very hot but the staff told us about this. So nothing really!

Great stay! The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, hot water, a/c and wifi were all reliable. The restaurant was a real highlight with live music, great food and excellent cocktails! Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was obliging to our requests ahead of time, and we could store baggage safely on our last day. The location was good, being a little away from the bustle but with a (safe, clean and cool) metro nearby and quick & affordable cab rides to the centre. The only drawback was the restaurant coffee machine wasn't working during our stay!

Lovely heritage hotel. Nicely appointed room with really good bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed with the best and cleanest bedding of all the places we’ve stayed in our 7 weeks in India! We spent one night in Native cocktail bar which is in the 1st floor. Not cheap but drinks were great, ambience was good and staff were really nice. You can also order food with your drinks which was delicious!

Staff on reception didn’t seem to want to be bothered with queries. When we first arrived we asked about making a reservation in the Peacock rooftop restaurant (different business) and guy on reception said we wouldn’t need to. When we went up for dinner we were told they were full! The next day we asked the same guy about tours and trips to see the sites of Jaipur. He didn’t give us any information, just said we were better getting a taxi. Peacock Restaurant is nice but over priced and food was pretty average.

We slept well although the room did not have an outlook. Comfortable bed. The shower was a little difficult to manoeuvre Loved the fact there was a lift. Made it very easy for us The restaurant has fantastic food. The best we’ve had in India so far & fairly priced BUT we found the staff, especially, not very friendly. I wished I had remembered names because some were fantastic, others not helpful at all. The cocktails especially are expensive as there’s an extra tax after you see the price. Some worth the money, others not. We stayed 10 years ago & have found a lot of changes. Most for better, some not so much Would still stay again mainly for the restaurant

Everything was great during my stay! The room was super comfortable, everything was clean and well-maintained. The same day laundry service was a lifesaver for someone backpacking like me — super convenient and efficient. The restaurant is definitely worth checking out (the risotto was absolutely amazing!). The staff were all very attentive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. Bonus: There’s an ATM really close by, which was super convenient!

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We had three rooms and all with a different style, beautiful wooden beds and local paintings on the walls. Large rooms, very clean. The Peacock restaurant in the roof top is without a doubt one of the best in the city . We had the most delicious meal in our two weeks stay in India, don’t miss it!

We weren’t aware that renovations were taking place in the reception area. It didn’t make much of a difference in the overall stay other than having to enter/exit through the office instead of an actual reception. Because of renovations it gets quite noise between 9.00am -6.00pm, but most people will be out discovering beautiful Jaipur and you wont be disturbed by it. We were told it will be completed in September

The hotel is weight above the Indian average. Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The bathroom had a separate shower, something that is difficult to find in India, and cleaning room service is included in the price. The hotel has a good rooftop restaurant with many meal options.

The views from the room were not very good.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, with a porter taking our bags up to and down from our room. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Room service was punctual and we were able to contact reception straight away. We had dinner and breakfast at the top floor restaurant. The dinner experience was very pleasant with nice ambiance and relaxing live music with classical Indian instruments. The food and mocktails we ordered were very good and it was good value for money.

There was some noise from the restaurant/cocktail bar in the late evening from other guests and staff. However this was not too disruptive. Wi-Fi speeds were noticeably slower than other accommodation we’ve stayed in. Shower handle was loose which made it difficult to adjust temperature.

This property is underrated at 3 stars it should be 4/5 stars and for value of money well is exceptional!!! Its the cleanest hotel iv stayed in for a lot less money the roof top bar and restaurant is is simply fabulous and great value and for the first time i felt this is what India should feel like live music fires with a great ambience feel
