I found the location just ideal for my stay to explore Jaipur, situated in a quiet road for a good night's rest yet a short distance away from the bustling night-life. I found the hotel decor very intriguing. The food was deliciously prepared and the staff very friendly and polite. The room was absolutely clean and the bed really comfortable. The young man: Gajendra Singh really impressed me. He made an effort to tell me more about Jaipur and it's surrounding attractions although limited in the English vocabulary. His warm smile and pleasant nature makes one feel very welcome at Sura Bar and Restaurant and definitely a huge asset to the establishment.

An outside function was held at Sura Bar and Restaurant during my stay there and a very intoxicated man really got personal asking about my age and mobile number. The staff member did take notice and unfortunately I didn't get his name and told the man to move away. He did stumble around and stared at me on maybe two occasions thereafter however was of no bother. Thank you Sir for telling him to move away and the manager at the bar did apologize for the incident. I do understand that these private functions are required to generate an income for the establishment however a bit more control will be good.

We did not experience the breakfast. To make it a more effective question, the hotel may offer for one free breakfast at least for those starting more than two nights.

It's always very depressing to hear the question "Are you checking out?" every time we passed by the hotel staff nearby the counter. As if they want to see us off as soon as possible. As they already know when the chek out is, there is no point asking the question.

The best hotel I've stayed in India so far. I had a beautiful room with a leafy balcony. Room service was available at any time by phone. There's an elevator, a rooftop restaurant with live music and a rooftop bar. The train station and metro are a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area.

Maybe the only drawback is that it takes at least half an hour to get to the city center

The property is very beautiful.... staff are very generous... room was spacious and clean... bathroom was also clean... they provided us a free pick up from station at night time which was great as well.... had a very good time... they had a travel agency connected with hotel...

Only thing that we faced issue was while ordering... food was tasty but it was excessive pricy... it is not possible fr us to eat at hotel... we ate outside most of the time... One more thing... they charged a bottle of water at 48 rupees. Which is more dn double...so would suggest to carry water bottle from outside....

I recently stayed at Hotel Kalyan and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The restaurant offered delicious food with good service. Overall, it was a nice, affordable option with friendly staff and a convenient location.

I think they need to improve the food. The biryani quantity was very low, and it wasn’t spicy enough. We also ordered noodles, but they were too thick; for the price, we were expecting finer and more delicate noodles. However, the aloo paratha was awesome.

We appreciated this quiet location close enough to all touristic activities yet not in the center with all the noise and crowds (which isn’t a bad thing just doesn’t promote a good rest) as we were visiting Jaipur in the Diwali time. We had a lovely and clean room. The stuff was very helpful

The first room we were offered had a lot of foot traffic in front of it (and noise) but the reception desk staff was kind to change our room next day with no hassle

What did you like about the property? The hotel’s view left a lasting impression on me. I even witnessed fireworks at night after the Indian team’s victory in the cricket final match. Additionally, the beautiful and clean front yard added to the overall appeal.

While the hotel was being refurbished, it did become a bit messy in some areas. Furthermore, the room’s fan was non-functional—it seemed more decorative than practical. However, I appreciate that they promptly replaced it upon my request.

Our stay was enjoyable and the location was convenient for the train station. The hotel arranged our collection from the airport and drop.off at the train station at reasonable prices. We had the same tuktuk driver for 3 days (Saleem). He was excellent. He made the trip a success. His local knowledge was great, he made good recommendations, and he was polite and courteous.

The rooftop restaurant served good food and at reasonable prices, but the service was the slowest we have experienced in many years of travelling in India.

The property is on a good and safe location, the inside is quite cozy. It’s a good value for money. They also agreed to keep our luggage after the checkout for the day, which is very comfortable while traveling.

The restaurant was very delicious yet a bit expensive comparing to local prices. Though, once staying here you should def try it and the view and veranda is very nice.

The location was great, and the building was quirky and authentic, with lots of characteristics. It was good for the price. A big plus for this place is the free train station pick up

No hot water when we arrived but it was a bit later at night. The fan in our room made a really annoying noise so was a bit off putting to sleep. We went to the rooftop restaurant to grab breakfast but only stayed for coffee and tea because the staff up there were not welcoming, the guy was glued to watching videos on his phone rather than working, not sure how he has a job to be honest
