One of the best stays we've ever had! Pearl Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a heritage style, with each room thoughtfully designed to reflect a different city or region in India. We were lucky to stay in the Jaisalmer Suite, which I had dreamed of, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The room was spacious and stunning, with an incredibly clean and fantastic bathroom, and we even had a small balcony to enjoy the view. The food was great, and the price was incredibly reasonable for such an authentic and beautiful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special and authentic stay in Jaipur! 😊

Difficult when most of the channels are blocked on the TV, No real local eating options or cafe (Peacock Restaurant was OK, but not really casual dining) within a short walk, rather than a tuk tuk… Need to include a drink option with room service, ordering room service and needing to get in a tuk tuk to get a drink to enjoy with it seemed counter intuitive

You may experience a mild shock as soon as you enter this hotel. It really looks like an exquisite museum, with stone sculptures, carvings, beautiful decorations. Rooms, or rather suits, are huge, and equally decorated like a museum. We did not see other rooms, but supposedly all of them are in different styles. Everything was perfect and luxurious, much better than on the photos . And amazingly, the price was very reasonable. Their breakfast was delicious, and for every dinner we went to their sister hotel located about 6-minutes walk from this hotel, or they provide you a free shuttle, if you wish. And the dinner at that sister hotel was always great. The staff at the hotel was excellent, and especially Bidyot, always at the front desk, always smiling, always ready to go at any length to help you with any issues you may have while in Jaipur. We wish every hotel of our trip was like this, though we realize it's impossible. We really loved this hotel!

This was a very unique hotel with every room having it's own theme. The staff was very friendly and the street was quiet, which was nice since Jaipur seemed like a very busy city. The room was spacious and the air conditioning and WiFi worked very well. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was served in a dining room right outside of our room and was very good.

Minor complaint, but the sink in the bathroom was a pedestal style sink. While this looks nice, it makes it difficult to place things like a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, mouthwash etc.

This really was quite an experience and at this price point (great value) there's probably nothing like it in Jaipur. The room - even the door to my room - was quite something, the walls decorated with Indian motifs. I believe all rooms in the hotel are decorated differently. I availed myself of the pillow menu (!) which saved my neck. The staff were friendly and helpful and pick up from the train station removed the small bit of stress experienced when arriving somewhere new. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel's nearby sister hotel has an excellent restaurant.

Friendly, professional, low-key reception which typifies, for me this excellent boutique hotel. All the rooms are different. Ours was large with a large bathroom, small balcony and lovely, in filigree designer-level ceiling in silver. Everything worked well. Breakfast is ordered the night before and served on the second floor. Exactly what I ordered arrived and I added extra toast and coffee - neither of which were any problem at all for the very efficient gentleman who was looking after us. We had booked the well-known Peacock Restaurant [recommended!!] and were taken the 5 minutes drive by complimentary rickshaw / tuk tuk which was waiting for us for the return. An easy place to stay with great staff. I'd return without a second thought

Truly a wonderful hotel. The entire hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and our room, Nirvana, was a work of art. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and room service worked well. The hotel is not too close to busy roads so it was fairly quiet inside. The staff was friendly, kind and happy to help at all times. The options for breakfast were plentiful and everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was close to the train station but far from the city center or old Jaipur, so location was not perfect.

The interior and architecture was exceptional. Really beautiful and historical. Front office staff Mr.Bidyut and his team were very helpful and pleasant. In room dining and quality of food is 5 stars. Complimentary Auto ride is provided to dine at their sister hotel as well- Peacock Restaurant with live Tabla and Sittar performance, roof top, under the stars. Their food and cocktails were very unique and professionally crafted with excellent service. Overall a “must stay” holiday place in Jaipur. My daughter had a lovely welcoming birthday message with a note and flower petals deco in the room. Bedding was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom needs a bit of deep cleaning to remove fungal stains in the corners.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations! We stayed in the Fiza Suite, and I’m incredibly grateful as it was the exact apartment I had been looking forward to. The staff provided exceptional care, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs at every step. They were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The suite itself was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and uniquely special. I was seeking a hotel that reflected Indian culture and style, and this was the perfect choice. The food was outstanding, which was especially important to me since I have a very sensitive stomach and follow a gluten- and lactose-free diet due to celiac disease. The restaurant provided delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that met all my dietary requirements, and I didn’t face any difficulties.

The only minor issue I experienced was that taxi or Uber drivers occasionally struggled to locate the exact address of the hotel, particularly at night when some gates in the area were closed. While it wasn’t a major problem, it did cause some confusion a few times.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with every room consisting of different motifs and paintings. Our room had also a small balcony that we could enjoy. The staff was very kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was pleasant. Everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a vast menu to choose from. The location is also very convenient, as it allowed us to either book private trips or use the public transport system. We loved our stay and we'd recommend it to friends and family.

As we were right next to the temple, some music and chants can be heard from the room very early in the morning.
