I was lucky enough to be upgraded without any extra charge. Whilst the room was small, it was great value. There was a balcony, good Wi-Fi and most of all, it was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. They had numerous outdoor areas to sit which is great when you need some downtime. The staff were also very friendly. It’s in a pretty central area. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room and bathroom. Big shout out to the restaurant staff for the delicious breakfast and dinner. Every single time. The restaurant host, I forgot his name, thank you! Due my change of plans I decided to extend my stay for one more night, didn’t regret that. All staff were helpful and there when I needed assistance. Thank you all.

The laundry service took 2 days instead of 1 as guaranteed, due to the fact that itwas forgotten to be picked up. In my case not a problem due the fact that I stayed longer than one night, though mentionable. Hopefully improved for future guests.

The TV and other amenities were in excellent working condition, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is another standout feature. Situated conveniently, it was easy to find transportation options right outside the hotel. Whether I needed an auto-rickshaw or a cab, they were readily available, making it hassle-free to explore the beautiful city of Jaipur. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting the owner, Anshu. He truly made a lasting impression with his warm and friendly demeanor. Anshu's enthusiasm for ensuring his guests have a remarkable stay was palpable. His genuine interest in making sure every guest felt welcomed and taken care of added an extra layer of charm to the experience. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Chitra Katha to anyone visiting Jaipur. The impeccable amenities, well-maintained facilities, convenient location, and the genuine hospitality from Anshu make it a standout choice for accommodation. All the facilities and amenities provided to us were really good along with the politeness and helpful nature of the staff members which made our stay quite enjoyable. Everything is close by and easily accessible. Also, don’t miss the scenic view from the hotel rooftop.

Very beautiful, serene location, very welcoming staff and the owner, close to the metro (railway station), jaw-dropping interior design and decorations, very functional room with nice furniture, clean and spacious bathroom, fantastic terrace with sublime cuisine, board games and an excellent choice of books. There is even a small computer room! My wife and I absolutely loved this homestay. It made our trip to Jaipur very memorable.

Just two points of recommendation (not a critique!): 1) an additional sheet to put under the blanket would be nice; 2) a bit more attention can be paid to the cleanliness of the bed linen.

Located near Ajmer road. Peaceful ambience near Hathroi fort. Open free parking in front of the hotel. This time we got a 2 room set with double beds which was appreciated by my family. Rooftop restaurant with authentic freshly made Indian food at reasonable rates. Good music, a small library, ludo and chess freely available for kids was a topping.

Difficult to locate as there's no proper signage on the main road. TV was not working/recharged though not of much concern for us.

It's O.K.........rooms & toilets were neat, tidy, airy & spacious.

Electric kettle & green tea pouches were not provided in room. Key interlocking/master electric switch not provided.

The restaurant and the view is amazing. The room is clean and the staff very friendly ! The location is perfect for sleep well

The service for eat is little bit longer but food is very good .
