I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a wonderful experience! This was my second time here. I was here in 2016 with my family. We really had a wonderful time. This time yet again, service was amazing — the staff were so kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The food was absolutely delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — I felt right at home. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed and in a really nice area. Overall, everything was just so good! I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The whole hotel crew created for me an excellent base for my business and private trips to and around Jaipur. I arrived on an early morning flight and informed the hotel about it. They gave me a temporary room at no cost to stay until their regular check-in was ready. They offered me welcome coffee when they saw how broken I arrived after a long flight. The afternoon I was transferred to a much better room. The room was spacious, with a bathroom, all functioning and clean, airconditioned, the bathroom was reasonably sized. Breakfast - every day is slightly different, no stereotype at all. Very tasty. Rooftop restaurant - I tried a few times, and they serve excellent food. Amazing. Also, the waiter was friendly and advised me of very good combinations of food so I have every day different and new dishes to taste. Location - the hotel is off the main street so terrible noise from the traffic is mostly removed. It is also not far (a 5-10 min walk) from the Metro and train station, which might be very practical. I was asked daily about my stay (at the reception, in the restaurant) and what they could do better for me. I give 10 points. Do not read it as a better than a very expensive hotel. Simply Nahargard Haveli is an excellent choice for this mid-category of hotels and I will gladly return.

I can't name anything particularly bad. Just a few things: - the building is not ideally designed for a hotel, so some things cannot be fixed (e.g. soundproofing room/corridor, but this is everywhere and here it is not worse than in other places) - there is not much in the proximity of the hotel. Because there are no sidewalks in Jaipur, how far you can walk, aka walking distance, is significantly shorter than normal. Taxi/motoriksha are the choices.

Staff

The staff is helpful and friendly, but the taxi drivers recommended by the hotel staff charge high prices. These taxi drivers take you to places where they earn a commission and often force you to buy activities at those locations. After completing an activity, I checked the prices elsewhere and found that it was 80% cheaper outside. I then checked the prices at all locations and realized I spent 50-80% extra. It’s better not to rely on them for activities. Instead, plan or buy activities on your own. They also pressure you to shop at expensive stores.

Fast check in. Good rooms. Comfortable beds. Full assistance with everything needed. Great rooftop restaurant. Variety of Indian and European food for breakfast. WiFi working good. Clock room is available to leave luggage after check out. Hospitality at the most professional level. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the center by tuk-tuk. The neighbourhood looks nice and safe. And it’s real close to the railway station- about 7 minutes by tuk-tuk. And - there is massage salon with fairly good prices - that we didn’t get to try.

Breakfast was good decent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was a problem. Reaching the property beyond 9.30 PM. is a pain. This property is in a gated community. They close the entry gates. Most of the local people do not know about the property. We have to show it on the Google maps to taxi people and then guide them to the place. We have had problem reaching the place on both the nights due to closure of gates. The size of the room was a bit cramped for three beds.

The warmth of the staff - Especially the Restaurant Manager - Mr. Arvind Singh Rajavat - he is the sweetest and most genuine person in the whole hotel. If you have any issues, he will make sure it is resolved and go well beyond the norm to solve it for you. We had reached very early (usual check in time is 2pm), we reached around 7 am and Arvind(working additionally in reception also as the usual staff member was on leave) had provided us an early check-in. The breakfast buffet is so lavish and so good- it just fills your belly and there are around 10 items. There is rooftop resturant and the view there is amazing - especially one small table for two secluded from all spaces. Mr Arvind had also recommended us a very good bike rental service which was very economical. The food here is very good, delicious, sumptuous and always freshly made - so allow them some time to prepare it for you. The staff is courteous and kind. Also, the hotel is very very close to the railway station - we could easily walk to and from the station - it is exactly 1km. The hotel's interiors are very good - they make you feel royal - it's themed like a palace. They also have ayurvedic spa and massage services.

The only thing I didn't like is the washroom. It had a foul odour coming from some leaking sewage and the washroom was always stinking. They should get it repaired soon.

This was our best stay in India so far. Room was clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful and allowed us to have a late check out as one of us was sick. They even took me to a pharmacy to get medicine. Restaurant was excellent with well priced meals!

Property is very close to Jaipur railway station. Accessibility is very good. In terms of support, we arrived at 3 am in the morning due to flight delay, they are kind enough to understand and everything was arranged and ensured check in was smooth. Bathroom and restroom were big and very neat. Complimentary breakfast was also good.Oversll a very nice staying experience.

Nothing specific, all we're good except for ac effectiveness which could have been better.

Decent sized rooms, good service. The best place if you want to travel by train, railway station is just 10 min walk. Food was also good but service was slow. The owners are really nice people.

Both the AC and the fan were too old and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable, they joined two single mattresses together to make it a double bed.

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from, as well as fresh juice and coffee. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city's top attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and I slept soundly every night. Overall, I cannot recommend the [hotel name] highly enough. The staff, the amenities, the food, and the location were all exceptional, and I look forward to staying there again in the future."

There was some wedding function so it was a bit noisy at night.
