The facilitities were clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning very visible as we moved around the hotel. The staff were polite and respectful, and always available to help. Special mention to the cafe on the premises - the food was wonderful and very well priced. It was a pleasure to relax outside on the lovely verandah and felt very pleasant after a day exploring Jaipur and its surrounds. The gift shop had a great selection of crafts and jewellery and the gentleman running it was most helpful with advice on what to see in the city as well as being very friendly. We will definitely be back.

The hotel offers a unique charm with its heritage-style ambiance, and the restaurant is undoubtedly a highlight. The food feels homemade, adding a warm and comforting touch to the dining experience. However, several areas could use improvement to match modern expectations. While preserving the heritage of the building is admirable, the facilities, furniture, and amenities could use an upgrade. Simple conveniences like easier ways to order food or pay bills were missing, which could enhance the overall experience without detracting from the classic charm. Overall, while the hotel has its merits in terms of atmosphere and food, modernizing some aspects would go a long way in making it a more inclusive and well-rounded experience for all guests.

The breakfast spread seemed more tailored to foreign guests, which felt a bit unbalanced. Additionally, at times, it felt like the staff prioritized the foreign guests over Indian patrons, which was disappointing. The rooms, while adequate for the price, could benefit from updated furniture and fixtures. It wasn’t bad for the value, but there’s definite room for improvement to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great room at an affordable price. We were here for two nights in Jaipur, and the hotel had everything you needed. It is a beautiful mansion property and we felt very welcomed and safe. The facilities and garden are wonderful, and the in-house restaurant is super affordable too! Hotel also contains a gift shop, and a travel booking facility to plan day trips! We would love to come back here and use the place as a base to explore Rajasthan.

The staff maybe weren't as friendly as some other places we stayed. Bathroom was also a little dirty and aged. Other than that nothing wrong!

Rooms - They are very clean and I loved the way things were put together. The overall property has a good vibe as well. Location - Excellent location considering the proximity to different tourist locations. Food - Food is actually good for the most part with good buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner options are qlso pretty good.

The staff - It's not a reflection on all the staff, but quite a few of them are more inclined to the tourists of foreign nationals. They would greet them with a smile and all of their requests will be catered to in no time. At the same time, our requests were not given the importance that it deserved. When we asked them of something, we would need to remind them multiple times to get it done. Whether it is changing the batteries of the AC Remote or placing a mosquito coil at the place where we are sitting. Again, it is something that we experienced with a few of the staff and not all and I feel this is important that they should treat all their guests the same way.

This charming hotel masterfully blends historic architecture with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The beautifully preserved building retains its original character while seamlessly adapting to contemporary needs—a true testament to thoughtful design. The serene green space in front offers a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or drink al fresco, adding to the overall ambiance. Staff members are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile and provide prompt, thorough answers to any inquiries. The culinary experience here is a highlight: dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, especially impressive given the hotel's location. Breakfast, in particular, stands out with its diverse spread, catering to all tastes—whether you crave classic Western options or crave the bold flavors of Indian cuisine. A delightful stay for history enthusiasts and food lovers alike—highly recommended!

The restroom facilities could use improvement. During my stay, there was a noticeable water leak near the toilet, and the water pressure in the shower was frustratingly low—minor maintenance issues that detract from an otherwise polished experience.

Nice hotel located in a historical building not too far from the center but on a calm street which is good giving Jaipur chaos. I had an economical room which was small but perfect for a solo traveler. All amenities were provided and it was possible to fill bottles of water with filtered water. The breakfast was very good with great coffee. The restaurant/hotel terrace was great to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel booked for me a taxi to visit Amber Fort and other sights outside of Jaipur. I would stay there again!

The food quality was good but more Indian dishes would have been appreciated.

A true oasis in hidden in the bustling city of Jaipur. First started with an airport ride arranged by the hotel for 800 rupees. Double the price of an uber but it was worth it for the safety since we were arriving at 1 am. Check in was a smooth processes. The room was tidy and it was nice to have a separation of the closet and bathroom. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet which you could enjoy in the grassy courtyard. So many places to sit and chill, they also had a lounge area with books too. For lunch and dinner you could order food and drinks as well. Anyways I also liked how there was a shop you could buy souvenirs from and the employee was not pushy at all. The most important part is you feel extremely safe in the hotel. Wish I could have stayed here for more days! Overall amazing value for money, nice location in the city and really recommend for everyone visiting Jaipur!

The only downside is it’s was quite loud at night, we had a room at the end so we were close to the street on the other side.

It is nice quiet place in the midst of Jaipur whirlpool) As for me - it is quite a long rickshaw ride to get to the main attractions. I thought it is a walking distance. I really loved the restaurant in the quart yard with music and good food. Nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and nice. Organised early check in. Nice shop in premises - fair prices and good quality goods. I would stay there again, but probably in bigger better room.

Good value. Clean property. Restaurant with food options overnight. I will visit again.

Some recommendations which I think will make this a better place. Parking gets congested here. Please do something about it. Restaurant staff is very well trained. However, food needs some looking into. There was hair in cookies. According to FSSAI, egg products should be marked with non vegetarian sign not vegetarian sign. Ice cream was not up to mark. It was very tight as if it got melted and then frozen again. A little foot path around the lawn to walk in the evening would be appreciated. The water on hot tap was coming out yellow, very dirty water. Shower had very low pressure. I’m not expecting very high pressure but it should atleast be average.
