Room was very clean, sheets and pillows were clean. They had 2 styles of pillows : Firm and Soft. which was very comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was good. Water in the shower was hot (which has become rare these days even in 4* 5* properties) Overall staff is good. They didnt crib when i had to check out 1hr after the official checkout time

I went to the restaurant at lunch time. Buffet was operational but i just wanted to eat something light. I was sitting in the restaurant for almost 15 mins, but no one came to give me the menu. I had to literally find someone. After i got he menu again no one turned up to take my order. Finally after 10 mins when i found someone, the person discouraged me from ordering a soup because it would take a lot of time. Finally i had to walk out as i had a flight to catch.

We liked the room.Holiday Inn is always our choice in any country specially in Singapore , it's like our home when we visit. We had the worst experience in Delhi [One of the biggest hotel] and we were to change the tickets and return to our country. But proceeded as we have booked the hotel in Jaipur. Entering the room itself was a relief. I must say that staff at the hotel is very professional and love the cleanliness too.

I think food has to be upgraded to international level as there is hardly much to try except for Indian food. And we were not happy with the waffles we had.

Beautiful reception area and all six levels that overlook a large seating area in reception with coffee shop. Staff were very helpful, especially Tarun at front desk who went out of his way to help me with my Swiggy order. Dinner at Chao Chinese was also a nice place to celebrate Chinese New Year. After a day walking around the chaos of Jaipur streets, this is a refreshing haven.

Not much that I didn't like. I asked for a taxi to Chokhi Dani and was quoted 3400 rupees which was too much. Got it for 900 rupees outside.

Amazing staff - special shout out to the travel desk who helped organise our sightseeing trips and guides while we were in Jaipur. Service at the restaurant was also exceptional - special mention to Ankit.

A bit dated; does not give a premium feel for the 5 star rating that the property has. The staff tries to keep the pool area clean, but there are occasions where you still spot pigeon droppings.

Hotel is clean. Located in city. Service is great.

Room with an interconnected door was allotted to me. Requested receptionist to change the room who (some lady) assured a call back that never came. Adjacent room had noisy persons that caused discomfort to my sleep. Called receptionist again and asked him to change my room immediately. Issue was understood this time (thanks to Mr Ayush) and room was changed with one having no interconnected door. So one staff didn't bother to my issue and another handled it very well. Rest everything was great.

Beautiful hotel, with nice room, and a good restaurant. The hotel staff was well trained and professional.

The next-door neighbors were quite a bit loud and rowdy. They were locals and let their children run amok. They would have loud conversations over the phone right in the hallway so everyone could hear; very annoying. The Hotel should clearly define what behavior is considered unacceptable by guest.

All staff went absolutely above and beyond to help us during a tricky, traumatic personal issue and I cannot give enough praise, gratitude and thanks to them for all their assistance over multiple days and nights. Holiday Inn Jaipur managers, front desk, housekeeping, driver's and porters - thank you for everything you did you help us. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

1. Excellent initial impression with a smooth check-in process. 2. Spacious and clean suite with views over the city. 3. Complimentary bottles of branded Hilton water. 4. Great breakfast included in the half-board package. 5. Accommodating staff throughout the stay. 6. Convenient location of the hotel.

1. Lack of a manual for operating amenities and city information in the suite. 2. Limited English-speaking channels on the TV, the absence of BBC World News. 3. Lunch or dinner options restricted to an Indian buffet for half-board package guests. 4. Faulty air conditioning in the bedroom on the final day. 5. Billing error for the airport car, later resolved after clarification. 6. Charges for items not used from the minibar, though resolved during the check-out process.

Our room had a great view of the city. Breakfast had a lot of variety. hot and cold and the staff were friendly and attentive

The breakfast room were a bit small and the tables were too close together. I saw some guests using their hands to pick up food. I even saw one guest pick up food and put it back. Guest should be reminded to use the serving spoons provided and use basic hygiene

The location is perfect. Plenty of good cafés and restaurants are all walking distance from the property. You will never go hungry. Tourist spots such as Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar are all within 3kms of the hotel and easy to get to as there are plenty of autos available down. The staff is attentive and helpful, resolving any need we had instantly. It’s a perfect city hotel with basic amenities but the location is perfect.
