We were travelling through India from New Zealand, and had not been back to India for nearly 20 years - so it was a big celebration to just be there with family. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my sister on the 26th February and found the reception team and duty manager went above and beyond to make it special for my sister. We extended our stay and the service and hospitality of all the team to be professional and willing to go the extra mile. They organized decorations and a cake and even came up to take photos and videos and share the cheer. Sandeep and the gentleman that checked us in early as I wasnt feeling very well (Harshit ) I believe are great assets to any team.

The staff, the facilities, the rooms.. it was a superb stay. Our room was big enough with a view and our en-suite had a bathtub and shower. The spa, gym and pool facilities was modern, clean and luxurious. It was nice to be able to have dinner poolside. We must also compliment the Aurum restaurant where breakfast was served. The selection was fantastic, service was friendly and efficient and the food simply delicious.

The location of the hotel is outside the historical part of Jaipur. Travellers should be aware that it takes about 30 to 40 minutes by car to get to the historical part. During peak times it is difficult to get an Uber from the hotel to the historical inner city and we had to order a taxi through the hotel which was quite expensive compared to Uber rates. But again, thankful that the hotel staff was able to order us a taxi which arrived promptly with an excellent driver.

The staff was very helpful and helped us organise for a car to visit the city. We were given a late check out till 3pm since our flight was at 6pm, which was very nice of them. We tried both restaurants at the hotel and they were both equally good. The food was very tasty. The room was spacious and luxurious too. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower which was very nice. The hotel’s location is quite central as well, 10mins away by car to the main touristic attractions such as the Hawa Mahal.

We tried the spa facilities and went for a massage. However it was very average and not worth the price. The sauna/hammam was not working as well.

I like the infrastructure and comfort of the room

Firstly I didn't like the vallet car parking service of the hotel I gave the car key to Valletta parking and next I found my tyre punctured and cut in the tyre and fuel was also less. Secondly I didn't like the breakfast buffet area management. The ta les were not properly ready no cutlery was placed properly and the delivery of food on table was late by the staff . I always stayed at Radisson And lemon tree hotels this is the first time I booked a stay at Hilton but personally I had more expectations with this brand ..but comparatively with other brands rates of hotels is high and service is not that much satisfying...hope it will improve for the next stay

Location was really good as it was in the city centre with a good view of the city from my room, The check in was awesome, The staff was so courteous and helpful too. Food was excellent and yum, Room was good and the amenities were good too. Everybody just made my stay more comfortable and pleasant too A special mention to a few people who just made my trip to Jaipur memorable Jaiveer from the front desk. Shahnawaz from Aurum who was super sweet and always made my dinner experience really good by suggesting me what to eat and just making my dinner experience more nice The in house chef Rajesh Singh who was so humble and down to earth, took care of my food needs and my demands too. Thank you so much for the hash browns on my last day. They were really done as per my taste. Loved the aloo ka paratha too as it had the perfect spiciness and the right amount of aloo into it. A special thank you to Rahul and few other people whose name I don’t remember The entire staff at aurum who were super super sweet and just served me with a smile and always helpful in suggesting me what to try. Thank you so much for the upgrade too which was done immediately without any hassle

Only two flaws I wish there was someone at the entry point to pick up the luggage immediately and second on the last day of my stay I found that the concierge was absent minded as I had to bring my own luggage down to the reception. Please see with your shower system too as it is kinda intimidating and kinda complicated too.

service was reasonably good.

There was not a lot of restaurant options. The top rooftop restaurant had a dress code which I think was unnecessary as you had to wear trousers yet on a hot day foreigners just wanting to relax and have a beer may prefer to wear shorts. The breakfast restaurant would often not deliver tour cooked food all at once. ie by the time you have eaten your bacon and eggs they would then give you the hash browns. I think there is a lack of understanding of how foreigners like their food prepared. Apart from that, the Hilton was a reasonably good and safe place to stay.

Quality and variety of food for Breakfast is outstanding.Staff is helpful and smilingly extending service to all. On the whole,excellent experience. Chinese food did not meet our expectations which needs improvement.

The roof top restaurant is very noisy with loud music and impossible for certain guests to use. There should be another enclosed area for loud music lovers.

The Hotel is value for money, great location and very functional for a business trip The breakfast spread is very elaborate and lots of variety I had Indian and Westerner guests with me and all could find ample choice on the buffet The roof top bar was good place to unwind, good lively vibe and good selection on the bar

The house keeping in the rooms can be improved the hotel seems "old" in its maintenance aspect The lights in the bathroom were not working and flickering at times The pool could have been bigger, it was too small and made me turn away from it.

everything was so good but they some treat different to Bangladeshi. It my long holiday and I spend time in Hyatt Regency, Radisson but no one asked my 7 years child identity but they did. also when called for room Servise anything they never go back to room even for food order I needed to go down.

Restaurant staff are friendly and great, food is okay Service staff in the restaurant though need a bit of improvement specially in making sure that there are enough plates, cups and bowls available during buffet dinner and breakfast, as an example cups are not readily available on the coffee machine, soup bowls are non existent on food that needs it.
