Beautiful garden, delicious food, very nice staff, spacious and clean room.

Firstly, the heritage architecture was unbelievable! A throwback to another era where the facade & most embellishing decor elements have been well preserved. Secondly the lush gardens & flourishing bird life! Just WOW! From the pride of parading peacocks to the swooping green parrots, Scops owls, waders & miner birds, Diggi Palace is a nature sanctuary, a veritable haven. You’d never say that the chaos of the city is a mere 5 minutes away.. the environment, birdsong & peacock cries do much to absorb the traffic sounds as well as reduce the summer temperatures. Just shows what happens when we allow nature to thrive in an urban setting!

Nothing! I do feel that certain parts need some TLC. Perhaps the shower heads could be bigger & parts of the building could be restored. I would also take out all synthetic carpets in favour of cretestone floors or something more natural. Just my ideas 🤩

Amazing service. We got upgraded upon arrival. The staff in this hotel were so nice and friendly which is just what we needed as western travellers. We extended our stay by another 3 days when we got there and the owner was very helpful in supporting this. The gardens are beautiful and full of wildlife it made us feel really tranquil on an evening after the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Food in the restaurant was lovely! There was some maintenance going on as its ’off season’ but this is very common for India during monsoon season

Exotically designed themed cottages with all creature comforts (including an air conditioner with heating and cooling), Great expanse of property, lots of trees, birds and the works. The staff were passionate about hospitality and service.

They were very good at making some of the local dishes, We were extra sensitive to the intensity of paprika in the food. Overall, the food was tasty. I think they need to look at the beverages side - coffee (not the instant thing), fruit juices, mocktails, etc. Would have loved to sip them under our courtyard neem tree with the peacocks prancing around.

A sprawling old palace with multiple courtyards set in beautiful grounds - an oasis of quiet after busy Jaipur. We enjoyed the Christmas Eve dinner with puppet shows, dancers and musicians on the lawn, warmed by braziers. We had a (bracing) swim in the elegant pool, with peacocks perched on the roof tops above. The hotel staff were all very helpful and we loved the breakfasts.

The hotel isn’t ultra modern - but that’s part of the charm - and it has generally been well maintained and everything works. Rooms were relatively expensive for India but it may have been peak season over Christmas.

Few things can be improved like soap and shampoo is horrible. U really cannot use it. Please bring your own. I’m use to using hotel soap so expected better quality for the price they r charging. Make sure u get breakfast included deal. I accidentally may have clicked on pay breakfast at property not sure it’s included in price.

Property is great but food and cooked when u order. Which is fine but food quality is for mostly guest from out of India. We Indian have expect more spicy especially if we r from Delhi. Staff was awesome

Diggi Palace is located on luscious grounds where squirrels and peacocks roam all around. It was an amazing sight to behold. The staff were amazing in all aspects of our stay.

The room itself was good the only downside was we were sleeping in two twin beds pushed together. The decor of the room although simple could be updated. The pool was lovely although needs to be regularly cleaned as there was lots of bugs and leaves.

The rooms were clean, with beautiful interiors that gave a luxurious feel. There was hot water, and the electric heating device and oil heater kept the room warm adding extra comfort during the colder nights in January. Overall, it was a cozy, stylish, and pleasant stay!

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was really poor. If you're planning to stay for business/remote work and need reliable internet, the location may not be ideal for that purpose.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and the setting is an oasis of calm in a very busy city. This is a hotel with a more authentic feel which we enjoyed. They also put on a lovely gala dinner to celebrate Diwali

Initially given wrong standard of room but this was quickly rectified and sometimes problems with hot water. Beds on firm side

The location of the Diggi Palace is 10/10. The staff is attentive, and the food is great too! There's enough privacy, and it's a joy to be in the city center yet amid nature with its exotic species of birds. Mr. John Wilson, the manager, is resourceful and helpful, which makes travelers feel at ease. We had the sheer luck to meet the owner, Mrs. Jyotika Ji, an extremely gracious lady. Thank you.

I don't think this can be changed, but turning on the water geyser and waiting a short while was something I wasn't expecting, as I shower very early in the morning before my prayers. But its fine and if i have to visit, Diggi Palace will be first on my list.
