First of all a big applause to the room keeper Mr. Bhawani Singh! He was the nicest, most polite and most helpful person we hat on our 2 weeks trip to India. Staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was well kept and clean. The driver taking us to the airport was wonderful.

I would strictly not recommend to take the Jaipur trip from the hotel. We were taken more at commercial places instead of places of interest. We paid the price of products at the "factory shop" 3x the normal prices. Out of the R.1500 we were told at the beginning, we had to add some additional expenses which we were not told about e.g. parking place, fuel costs... Later we found out that the driver taking us to these places also got a commission.

The breakfast and dinner buffets are absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of foods at such a low price! The restaurant staff are amazing as are reception staff.

Could do with re decorating, other than that, everything is fine.

Hotel is good for family stay. Staff especially Mr. Bhawani was very courteous and helpful. It is near to main attractions of the city. Food was delicious.

Room table was so small. Bed was little uncomfortable.

My room was great, clean and big. Really very good. I changed rooms during my stay and the second family room was also beautiful

The service and check-in was very smooth. Room service food was good and the wifi was strong. The shower had strong water pressure with lots of hot water.

The location was closer to the palace but still too far to walk. I didn't find any super markets or really any restaurants near this hotel which meant that we had to take a tuk-tuk around.

Big room and comfy bed. Great room service.

Dirty toilet and slightly dirty room. Bed was fine though. Shower drain was clogged. Some of the personal was shady.

the only problem i had was slow service..!! i asked for water bottle at night no one came to give me even in the morning when i called twice then they provided so they should look at thier service once rest everything was worth staying..
