Gaurrav was excellent in many ways; making sure we were comfortable; had good food to eat; and when my daughter was sick he gave her extra care to help her feel better. He was also entertaining company in the evenings. Thank you Gaurrav!!

The stuff behaviour was very good and friendly and the room was clean and nice

The washroom jet spray it was not clean and blocked water flow was not good need to be changed, The washroom sink was having bad smell after the water drain hope the fix the issue, Thanks

I would say everything..especially super friendly Mr.Gaurav. I would definitely consider this place my next stay for the next year trip..

Good location, relatively clean

No water in the evening and also sometimes during the day. Internet doesn’t work in the room (only lobby)

Great experience, clean rooms welcoming staff

It is near the touristic spot. We had our meals at the hotel restaurant and the staff was able to adjust to our dietary restrictions. The staff was friendly.

We stayed for three nights and we only got hot water on the last day, with the manager's help. We had an early train to catch and the manager offered to get a cab for us at 4:30 am. We agreed to pay 300INR and to our surprise there were two more people (also paying 300INR) sharing the so-called cab which ended up being an auto-rickshaw.We were crossed, not because we were sharing the ride, but because we were charged the same price as if it were a cab. Had we known it was an open, very cold auto-rickshaw, we would have booked an Uber, which would have been cheaper, hotter and more comfortable.
