Breakfast was solid, mostly Indian food though always fruit and cereal available too, staff quite helpful, especially as we speak no Hindi and this was our first destination in India. Room and bathroom provide just what you need, price seems reasonable. Centrally located. Small rooftop was a nice surprise.

Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, vegetarian restaurant served the best food we have had in India. It’s also on a quieter street which is great night and it’s not far from any of the things you want to see in Jaipur. Our room also had the best shower and bathroom we have had anywhere in India. The pictures on booking.com are exactly how the room looked. We can 100% recommend.

The rooms are comfortable and the stuff is very nice and responsive. The location is very accessible and within walking distance to the pink city gates and bazars.

The hot water in the shower were no available during some hour (noon time/early afternoon) or where not really hot but only warm.

Excellent location for our needs, spacious room. Good buffet breakfast.

Breakfast stated 8am but not ready until 8:20, we had to leave for a city walk 8:30. Some building renovation noise. Front of house and restaurant staff not particularly helpful- excretion security gentleman with his wonderful moustache and general porters.

Excellent hotel amazing staff and very good position close to the central area of Jaipur and on a very quiet and silent road, the hotel has a good veg restaurant amd in the morning you can enjoy an excellent breakfast, driving services available in the hotel with the great mr. VIRASATH, you cam go everywhere with very good prices, the best hotel ever

Fantastic place in a quiet corner, very near to shopping bazaars, in the heart of the city and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I truly loved Ratnawali and as a female solo traveller it was amazing and very safe. Kudos to the entire staff for making my stay very comfortable. I can’t think of staying in any other place except this one!

This Hotel is located very close to main bazar and many sites. The Food was exceptional. We stayed here for 9 days and everyday the breakfast was different. The Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the hotel manager Mr. Bhupendra ji. He was exceptional at accommodating our needs and answering questions.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional, the hotel itself is a lovely building, well decorated and the rooms are to a high standard. The restaurant is great with a really nice terrace in the sun, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A mixture of Indian food and western food too. Location is quite central so very easy to get everywhere by tuk tuk or walking. We loved our stay here, thank you!

We had a bit of trouble connecting to the wifi. Otherwise, everything was perfect

Location is very good. Near from all the markets. Breakfast was reasonably decent as we got it served in our toom. Interior of the room was elegant and the size of the room was comfortable.

Approach to our room. The staircase were very uncomfortable. The room had no access by lift. We stayed in room no 110. I would also suggest a mirror in the room.

Breakfast was at their restaurant where a breakfast menu was provided with a good choice of dishes. We were happy with all our picks. The room was spacious with a front window, a small set of tables and chairs had plenty of room and a good bathroom. The location was near the Amer Gate and an easy walk of about 5 minutes gets you there.
