Had a rough start to my stay however soon as I bought matters to the attention (I am an old fashioned hotelier - better speak in person to give them an opportunity to rectify) of the Management and they managed to rectify and retain me as their customer . Acting to customer needs- the hotel team excelled and rectified issues immediately . Always room to improve and I see the team expediting improvements. Thank you for “Listening “ .
