The property is nice and clean

The furniture is very old and stained if they just upgrade their sofa in rooms and at the reception area The Hotel will look and feel much better Room service also needs to be improved we requested few things from room some came and for some request no one came to deliver they just need little improvements otherwise property is good to stay.

Good price, staff were friendly, couldn't make any major faults.

Hotel was more in line with 4 star rating than 5 but the price reflected that.

1. Food was excellent. 2. Location was good. 3. Staff behaviour was good.

1. Room light was flickering. 2. Flush was not working properly. 3. AC was not working properly.

The stay in this hotel was fantastic. The staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Ojasav for making our stay memorable. It is the best hotel located in a prime location with very delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious clean, nicely decorated. The staff are cordial and the hotel is in prime location. The banquet hall is also spacious and suited for celebrations and conferences.

The staff may be trained a little more in English speaking for non Hindi speaking customers.

The size of the room is excellent. The food taste superb. The staff is very polite and humble. Took care of us nicely.

Hotel is lacking the Greenery (Trees etc.) The hotel must have a person to clean the guest cars ( My car was very dirty due to rain. Valet Parking is missing.

Great rooms, great food, great staff. Very clean rooms and clean hotel. Staff are extremely helpful. Receptionist debanjana & ritika were very helpful during our stay. Vishvajeet and the trainees were also very cooperative they helped with all my shopping

I loved the food at this hotel, it was excellent and authentic with some western dishes. The location and safety around the place is good. The room and bathroom size and layout are very good. The local vegetable market on walking distance gives opportunities to explore local fruits.

I liked everything, the only missing element was spa which can make this hotel a perfect place for leisure and relaxation.

The staff was so welcoming, polite and the rooms were spacious with lots of amenities under 3k budget…must try this property once.

I think parking space should be increased inside the premises , although I got the parking easily but in just once glance anyone can think if the hotel is fully booked then parking will be the issue in my view.. rest is perfect.

breakfast options were great they did had jain food options too.. cleanliness was perfect and they forgot to provide slippers nd bathroom mat towel and as soon as we asked for it reminded of them they placed them quickly . we landed the same day nd directly reached to hotel around 8:45 am so we requested them if they could arrange an early check in for us nd we got our rooms by 10:30 am. while we had buffet breakfast at terrazo. rest everything was great. our relatives sent us cake nd bouquet at night as it was some1's birthday and they arranged it nd sent it to us by 12:40 am

few switches weren't working and dustbins with the lid wasn't opening nd a led light provided over the bed got fused on the same night we stayed in the room
