The staff was so cooperative. The Desk Manager Mr. Bharat Sigh was very generous and arranged everything according to us. Mr. Bharat took lot of pain and arrange early morning tea and packed breakfast so that we can leave as per schedule. That is what a client require. Thank You Mr. Bharat.

Cleanliness and staff friendliness stood out. The staff in particular always tried to please the customers.

Room appeared to be damp, not sure whether it was just the weather or the hotel could have done something more. Food choices are limited though on the positive side, it's made to order and hence fresh. Bed though good, didn't give the impression of 'crispness'.

The property is located on the outskirt of the Jaipur City center, but the connectivity to the important location is good from the hotel. Besides that, the staff is friendly, helps with all kinds of needs, and answers all your questions politely. Rajkumar from the food service department was really helpful. I like the personalized service from the staff at the dining hall. The team at the reception is skilled. They understand the need of the customers and assist in all matters. Overall the hotel service deserves appreciation. My experience was beyond expectation. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are traveling to Jaipur.

I liked the hotel and its services. However, there is the feedback that I would like to give to management. I understand that the staff at the dining hall would like to help the guest with the on-table food service. But when you are having food in the buffet facility, I prefer no one to bother me when I have my meal. The staff at the dining hall roam around you while you are having food asking if you want anything else. If I want something, I will take it by myself. I do not like to call the person to bring the food every few minutes, especially when the food is served in a buffet. Asking if you want something repeatedly felt annoying to me. It is not the negative review but the feedback from my experience.

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, nice room size. Complimentary tea bags and coffee sachets. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Staff is really helpful. Nice people and very gentle from front desk to manager to serving staff. They have a wonderful chef! Nice room service. When there, go to local market thats just walking distance. Since its a student area, things are slightly cheaper than main city.

Its a bit far and google always uses jammed roads rather than main gopalpur road to guide thats inconvenient.

Very nice, clean Hotel. Very friendly staff. Great food with non-spicy option. They helped to organize a tour to Amber fort with a very great guide for reasonable price.

For the price we paid, this was the best hotel we stayed in. We only stayed for one night as part of our golden triangle tour but it was great - easy check in, great room service, comfy room.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this place during our holiday in Jaipur. Each and every member was polite with smile on their face from reception till Catering as well as check-in and out members. Cleanliness was at par, Well maintained rooms. Food was great quality with heaps of choice in buffet. Would highly recommended this place for stay in Jaipur. Thanks for the great work you do team and keep it up like this in future.

The room was clean and everything worked as it should have. Airco was effective and the rain shower was nice. Front office staff Durga singh as well as others were friendly.

The room service food was not good, and there was no soundproofing, so we could hear the workers as they were hanging around in the hallway all day and being loud.

Location is in New Jaipur which is a bit far from attractions once you hit traffic. Surroundings are in safer area with younger crowd
