Big, beautiful airy room with decent shower and aircon. Friendly and helpful host with great restaurant recommendations. Polite staff offering great service. Safe residential area, need car or taxi. We had dinner on the rooftop one evening - it was delicious (all food vegetarian). Daily housekeeping, and the fridge was a welcome bonus. Very reasonably priced laundry. Would return.

A full length mirror in the room would have been appreciated - there was plenty of room for one, but the only mirror was above the basin in the bathroom. The wine was expensive (for India), but to be fair, we didn’t ask the bar prices - it was only on check out that we realised it was £5 a glass … our mistake, and it was pretty decent wine.

A bit far from the center.

We absolutely loved Villa 243 - everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was comfortable, even allowing us access to the room 4 hours early after coming off a night train. The owner gave us great food recommendations and good advice for what we wanted to see and do. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable and the rooftop is a lovely place to sit and relax. Breakfast is also brilliant AND there is an on site boutique shop with jewellery and block printed products which shouldn’t be missed. The villa is out in the new town and so lovely and peaceful away from the busy city centre. Worth bearing in mind when planning activities and transport and be prepared to rely on Ubers!

Villa 243 is a wonderful boutique hotel and a lovely place for our short stay in Jaipur! The rooms are comfortably furnished and softly lit, and the bathroom is a good size with decent water pressure. My friend and I had an excellent two nights sleep in the soft cotton sheets and block-printed coverlet. The rooftop lounge/ restaurant and plunge pool is such a nice touch, and a perfect way to spend an evening unwinding after the hustle and bustle of Jaipur traffic (just remember to load on that mosquito spray). Breakfast was simple but delicious, as was the dinner we had there both nights (I recommend the Indian Thali!) Overall, Villa 243 is a wonderful stay not too far away from the sights of Jaipur, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something different from the usual cookie cutter hotel experience.

Our stay was perfect! I stayed 4 nights with my mother and we liked everything, from the room which was very comfortable, spacious, modern and super clean, to the rooftop terrace and the breakfast they serve every morning with plenty of choices. The neighborhood is also pleasant, not noisy, and super well connected to the center where most of the sightseeing is by the metro. The staff of the hotel is very nice, professional and attentive to everything, you can tell they run this place with great care. They also arranged for us a visit to a block printing lab for a reasonable price and we enjoyed that very much. Very stylish interiors and decorations as well. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Jaipur. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Villa 243. Abhishek was a wonderful and welcoming host. We arrived late having got the train from Delhi and this was no problem. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is a 6 minute walk from the nearest metro station and Tuk Tuks were able to find the address easily. Breakfast including fruit, omelette, pancakes and traditional Indian dishes was tasty. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, clean and with a hot shower. We would highly recommend staying at Villa 243.

Rooms were cozy and comfortable. The food was authentic and delicious. Location's proximity to metro station is convenient for visiting attractions in the city like Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and City Palace.

Pricing for food and drinks could be more reasonable. Some of the facilities that are mentioned in the description like bathroom slippers and bath robe were not provided.

The staff was very friendly. I traveled a lot and have been through a lot of chain hotel and in comparison to chain hotels, the customer service of this hotel was excellent. We arrived late and they told us to have dinner and you can check in tomorrow. They also make fresh food which was tasty. Their jam and juice and thali were the best.

The only concern my family has was sometimes not having hot water for showers. Early in the morning and late at night there were hot water but mid day it wasn’t as hot.

The property was beautiful, restful and really tastefully decorated. We felt so comfortable and at ease in our room and it was impeccably clean. The staff were so courteous and friendly whilst still giving us our space to relax - this isn't always an easy balance to strike but they did it so well. Thank you! The breakfast and other meals were delicious - the staff really knows how to cook and Abhishek talked passionately about food and always made sure we were taken care of in every way. He gave tips for places to shop and eat and made us feel at home. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood which we loved because it was away from the hustle and bustle and we were able to unwind. I'd highly recommend Vila 243 to anyone wishing to spend some time in Jaipur.

I would have loved a water cooler or somewhere to fill up on water easily. It saves on using plastic bottles!

Everything. The lobby is gorgeous and the hotel is located on a quiet neighbourhood street which made it easy to get a cab or a tuk tuk via Uber. The bedroom was spacious, clean, peaceful, and all around amazing. Next, the staff!!! They went above and beyond throughout our stay. They provided us breakfast every morning, laundry service, as well as helping us book a cab to go to Agra for a great price. The rooftop is a lovely spot to hang out and have some food and drinks. We spent our last night up there watching the fireworks, it couldn’t have been more perfect and I cannot recommend this place enough. Book it!
