I recently had the pleasure of staying in the white moon hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us with warm hospitality and professionalism. The location was good in the sense the hotel was only around 350 m away from Syam Nagar Metro station. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff members are helpful. In terms of value for money the hotel is highly recommended.

Although near to metro station, the location is bit far away from the famous tourist locations of Jaipur. The restaurant is pure veg, so the guests with non-veg preference need to explore outside for food options.

The the white moon hotel charge the 400 per person for breakfast charges but they didn’t get that amount of breakfast they give only poha and paratha for breakfast and tea coffee. Only this things are worst in white moon hotel

All staff were very soft spoken and helpful. Arranged a very beautiful Anniversary Decoration in room on request.. Very near to metro stations and tourist places.. Great suggestion to all to visit this place😊

The bath soap could be better. The location is not good but the receptionist helps a lot to find uber or a good way to go to Jaipur monuments.

the cleanlinesses, reception staff specially Mr. Amit was very kind and courteous while doing the check in formalities, the room was quite soacious.

The property is beautiful, green, and well-maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food, however, does not live up to the standard of the rest of the amenities. A special mention about Bester, who was extremely helpful and courteous during our stay
