Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Gopalpura! Holiday Inn Gopalpura is truly a beautiful property! We stayed for four nights in a suite room, and the experience was fantastic. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Service teams—everyone gave their 100% and made our stay memorable. Their dedication and professionalism truly stood out. A special appreciation to the General Manager for beautifully designing and managing such a wonderful hotel. Your attention to detail is reflected in every part of the property. We are very happy with the overall service and hospitality, and we hope to see the same excellence on our future visits. Highly recommended!

Reception staff is nice and supportive. Also housekeeping staff is good. Overall good place to stay.

My only complaint is for breakfast. We stayed at the Hotel for 5 days and the breakfast menu was same throughout all 5 days. I expected that breakfast menu will be different but all throughout my 5 days it was same. This is some what I was disappointed. Management should take note of this and change the menu. Secondly Bathroom towels and handkerchiefs were not old and we were not Happy to use it. It should be of good quality and soft in material.

Very good with multiple choice of Indian, continental, other delicacies, balanced with combination of seasonal fruits, nuts, juices and made to order, Enjoyed it with my daughter. as I am diabetic cannot have too much at a time helps by staff to take a some items for balance interval

Relaxed and flexible timing in the morning, staff also requesting for fresh cooked items like dosa, omlette and customize coffee, serving people of my age on the table itself and instant clearing

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food for breakfast and dinner was great. It was not in variety but enough items for me to have a meal. I enjoyed the fitness and laundry on 11th floor. Working out and looking out thru the window was awesome! Thanks! .

The furniture and carpet in the room were getting worn... Bathroom towels were getting dirty. Other than that, it is a great place to stay as a foreigner. Thanks!

Friendly and professional staff offering good service. Cleanliness of the Hotel. Well equipped rooms. The Hotel had a contact who helped to arrange a tour guide for us. .

Price of bottled water was expensive. A few more dining options in the buffet for western tourists for the evening meal would be appreciated. Only 1 desert option available (excluding the ice cream), it would be better if their were 2 desert options.

The hotel is nice, easy check in process and welcoming staff. Clean room with all amenities. There is also a nice rooftop where you can enjoy a drink with city view. Good meals as well throughout the day. Overall, happy with my stay.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger. Also did not liked the sewage smell next to the hotel.

Everything was very nice and it was a good experience. The breakfast spread was really good and it was tasty also. Cleanliness was there and good rooms. The only small thing is the overpricing of vehicles when it came to dropping off to the railway station for a couple of kilometres they charged 1500 rupees

Value for money. Including breakfast and complimentary high-tea for the price was amazing. The assortment of room beverages and snacks was great and the entertainment options available on room LED were everything one could ask for

The staff can be a little more welcoming. Their body language seemed too stiff and rigid

1. Carpet in room. Unsuitable and unhygienic for most parts of India - except the high-altitude regions. 2. Two."outsourced" restaurants onsite - where the amount does not get billed to your room. It this a new & permitted concept?

Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Lots of varieties in breakfast buffet. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Not the best soundproofing. Bakery items (croissant, pain aur chocolate etc) were soggy and not fresh (can skip those as there was ample variety to try).
