Always believed that a brand is made by the People who give shape to it. During check out had left behind my earphones in the room. Realised the next day. The equipment was recovered by Mr BHARAT SINGH of Housekeeping and deposited at Lost and Found of the Hotel. Extremely impressed with the integrity of Mr BHARAT (the equipment was expensive). Also need to mention Ms NITU of At Your Service (AYS) of Housekeeping for the excellent follow up action in this regard. I would remember these names as Brand 'Park Ocean' for a long time to come !!!

Very recently we organised annual meeting of Hand surgeons across India & abroad in collaboration with British Society for Surgery of the Hand, at Jaipur Park Ocean. One of the finest venue . Great ambience & amazing food with senior chefs pampering you every now & then, particularly Chef Sandeep & Chef Vijay.Utmost flexibility, superb timing of each of the events. Also want to thank. F & B. Also Kavita & Mamta the GM Mr Vijendra was kind enough to continuously monitor the entire process.

We stayed for two nights with family. It was so welcome feeling like home every staff put their 100 percent efforts to make our stay comfortable thanks Park Ocean n team Bharat looked after my room he is bright star employee of the hotel. Thanks to u .

Excellent work by room service man Narendra Choudhary. Staffs are humble. Room is superb with excellent view. Very near to the airport. Have beautiful swimming pool. Delicious breakfast and beautiful ambience.
