The manager was very helpful, especially communicating the fair fare for a tuk tuk on two different occasions. He was also honest. We were mistakenly overcharged (addition error because of handwriting), and it was corrected. The staff was quick and courteous. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, so we used the restaurant 4 times. The roof top bar was good. The property is very clean and peaceful offering us a needed oasis after a day of sightseeing. I got a massage using the hotel connection. I had fun walking around the neighborhood except when I had a monkey encounter. In the bathroom, there was a lot of shelf space near the sink for toiletries. I loved that. There was a supermarket down the street where I bought spices and stuff to bring home.

The WiFi was spotty and inconsistent. The shower and hot water operation needs a lot of improvement. The faucet handles were too stiff to turn. I don't like to wait for the water heater to heat the water.

It was comfortable, we had a very nice room and a big bathroom with a decent shower. The neighbourhood is really quiet, a bit far from the city centre and all the sites, but perfect for a good night sleep. The staff is friendly and efficient, they speak good English and can do anything for you (my shoes broke and they took them for repairs while I was touring) and the restaurant is good, which is important because there are not many other options around for dinner. The building is as nice as the pics show and we enjoyed the atmosphere, although the roof top terrace wasn't an option because it was cold.

There is a puppet master on the ground floor and he calls every guest to his corner. They have this kind of show everywhere in Jaipur and when we returned to the hotel, tired and hungry, never felt like seating there and tipping for a show that we had already seen. I understand that other guests might like it and he has to make a living, but he became so insistent that every evening we had to rush through the lounge so that we didn't have to repeat "no, thank you" again and again.

Beautifully appointed and situated . It was charming and the staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble for them . The service was outstanding in all aspects . The bedrooms were spacious , very appropriate for the city of Jaipur and furnished thoughtfully . The breakfast was included and during the day , extras such as coffee and tea were brought promptly to your room if requested without any extra charge . I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends .

Accessibility is an issue if you have mobility problems . Sadly due to the historic nature of the hotel being a Haveli , parts could not be accessed by my elderly cousin . Originally her room was situated on the first floor which was accessed via 25 steps which she could not manage , so the staff were able after. A lot of juggling of rooms to give her a room on the ground floor but there are only a few so you need to request in advance . I believe it also has a fabulous roof top pool and bar but we were unable to visit it due to mobility access .

Breakfast was decent with mostly vegetarian options of Indian foods. Overall our stay was comfortable although in my room since there was no overhead heater the room remained it got very cold at night. Otherwise I think the stay was decent. A bit pricey for the amenities. Please don’t call the same puppet showman daily.That made it boring. But besides puppetry there was no other entertainment. There’s a department store across the street and that’s helpful. Dinner for purchase and the hotel in general had good food.

Beautiful heritage hotel with a small front lawn, an open courtyard, and a rooftop terrace with a pool. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very clean, with a cozy alcove. Very reliable warm water supply (which isn’t self-evident in India). The on-site restaurant was also excellent, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The only small criticism would be that the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the bed was a little too hard for our taste.

Loved the bedroom, built in bed in the window was gorgeous. Loved decor and accessories. Beautiful pool and lounge area. Loved restaurant outdoors. Gorgeous central area in the hotel, fresh flowers and accessories.

Hotel was gorgeous yet located in a run down part of town. Didn’t feel that safe once you left the hotel. Not the hotels fault! Just something to be aware of. Restaurant staff could be pushy promoting their favoured choices.

Great location, really liked our room, and well appointed bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great roof terrace for eating or drinking. Great quality food. Mohan, was our main waiter and he looked after us splendidly, even getting our favourite table ready every meal time, and recommending us lots of great dishes. He kept the kingfisher beer flowing! And is a credit to the hotel.

The pool could have been cleaner and we noticed the filtration/jets did not appear to be on at any point during our stay. Service on the roof terrace during the day was a bit more of a challenge however issues where always resolved.

Customer care was exceptionally good perhaps one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Staff were approachable and considerate. The pool is awesome and the restaurant served delicious food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Loved every second of my stay there, staff super polite, bedrooms big with comfy beds, nice shower, food was tasty, choice of food for breakfast is great, overall would come back 10/10

A minor thing, but when walking back to the room from the pool, the stairs are a little slippery with no rubber non slip covers, but that is all
