I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the hotel's beautiful representation of Jaipur's rich heritage and culture. The lobby and corridors were adorned with stunning paintings and traditional artwork, showcasing the city's vibrant history. The attention to detail was impressive, and it felt like I was walking through a royal palace. My room was cozy and comfortable, with all the modern amenities I needed. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a authentic and luxurious Jaipur experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

However, there were two areas to focus on.Firstly, the view from my room, while pleasant, could have been better. I felt that with a little more planning, the hotel could have provided more stunning views of the city. Secondly, I felt that the prices were a bit steep. While I understand that luxury comes at a cost, I believe that the hotel could offer more competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

The property is like a palace which gives a feeling of royal stay when you see the property from outside. They have a clean travel desk which is helpful, the staff at the reception are very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious, food charges are not very high.

1. Absence of complementary breakfast even when you are charged almost 3.5K per night 2. The cleanliness of the rooms are very bad, the cigarette but of past occupant was still in the room even after asking them to clean. It seems they don’t clean the floor and do dusting of furnitures 3. The crockery is old and in bad shape 4. It is a old heritage but old kept properly, maybe the administration or owners are not being able to maintain the property 5. The cleaning or room service staff needs to be trained properly

This hotel is an excellent choice for people travelling on train, close (walkig distance) to the Railway station. It is located in a quiet, middle class suburbia. There is a good restaurant nearby - it's called Munchbox (Indian and international good quality food)

It's bit far form the City Centre, but try OLA application - the ride by auto-riksha to the City should be about 1 Euro.

Location is very good and quiet and ample and safe parking. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and stunningly traditional.

Even though the service was very good the staff seemed miffed about it and did not provide the feeling of hospitability. They could be more courtious and provide service with a smile. The hotel is so traditionally rajasthani but the attitude of staff needs improvement living up to the welcoming culture of rajasthan "padharo mahre desh"

Spacious, clean room with character and a large window. Comfortable bed. Staff tried hard and were really sweet although service was a bit hit and miss. Hot water but you need to let it run through the pipes for a while. Quiet area in a nice neighborhood. Good, well priced food from the kitchen. Close to station. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A heritage building that is starting to feel a little run down. The communal areas are now lacking a lot of the seating shown in the photos including no tables on the lawn area. A 15 minute rickshaw drive from everything. Despite staying 7 nights we were a little disappointed not to be allowed a late check-out until 1pm without paying extra for another room. Very intermittent Wifi.

Quiet area of town and tuk tuks available for transport. It is in the process of renovation and installing a lift so a bit messy in places and in need of decoration . However, no noise while we were there and it is a wonderful heritage building well worth restoring. Food we ate there was perfectly fine. They brought breakfast to our rooms on request. We had help with our luggage up three flights of stairs. Desk staff kind and helpful. And great value for money. Would recommend if on a budget.

Wi fi weak in the third floor. Rooms need painting.

We were welcomed as family and had a fantastic stay at the Krishna Palace. Would highly recommend this as an affordable place to stay in Jaipur. Lots of tuk tuks around to take you where you wanted to go! The building was beautiful, and fully handpainted which was very impressive. Staying here felt magical and the renovations the team are doing will make it even better! Thank you Harsh and everyone else, we will return!

Nothing!

We received a warm welcome and the room was as described. Reception were very helpful indeed. The property is located in a good central area. It was a treat to order refreshments to our room by calling reception. The historic building made our stay in Rajasthan extra special, we would have loved to stay longer.

The room was spacious and airy, the bathroom was very clean. We received a lot of help from Harsh, he helped us book a trip to Amber Fort, made sure all the food I got was vegan, recommended places to eat, and got us hot water for tea every time we needed it. The food at the hotel is delicious, it takes a bit to arrive, but it's well worth it. It was very tasty and comforting. The hotel is not luxurious, but it's perfectly comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

The food took a while to arrive, but it was worth it. The wifi is a bit slow.

This is the hotel I have been coming to for more than 5 years. Recently, I have been bringing my tourists here as well. I love them all very much, the owners, the reception staff - they are all very kind and do everything to make me feel comfortable. The room service is excellent, the food is always fresh and deliciously prepared.
