Overall the stay was very nice. Exceptional I would say. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city. Also the locality area is nice. About the hotel I would say the interior of the hotel, restaurant and room is very nice. Has positive vibes. The food at the restaurant is also good but I personally felt it's bit costly. The staff is also very nice and supportive. Had stayed for 5 days, but hadn't faced any issues with hotel staff regarding anything. I would strongly suggest this property and also will book this property in future if I am traveling to Jaipur.

I had only one problem regarding check out. I would not say the problem but I wish the hotel management should give some liberty to the customer who has stayed for a long duration. At the time of check in I had checked in at 8:30 pm so at the time of checking out I requested to extend my check out time from 12 pm to around 4 pm, according to me which can be compensated with my late check in. But the manager told me that for extending my check out for 4 hours it will cost me around 1700rs, which was too costly. I need the hotel management to kindly look into this so that in future if someone is having the same situation as mine that can be compensated and it will add more value to the property and it's hospitality.

We liked everything of the hotel including the ambience, and the sumptuous food. It was indeed a clean and well maintained property.

Car rental service provided by hotel is not budget friendly.

Spacious room with nice and complete set of furniture but a bit worn out. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Very nice food room service but breakfast was focused on Indian guests, good quality. Overall recommended.

Everything. At the reception Mr. Vicky was exceptionally polite and humble. He arranged a cab for sight seeing. Cab driver Montu was excellent... Cheerful and most imp thing is his smooth driving which actually enhanced the experience of sight seeing

Reception guy Vicky is very helpful. Kitchen manager Roshan is very cooperative. He allowed us to cook food for our kid.

Only the small issue we faced that was bed as we booked double bed but bed was twin bed :) but that was fine for us.

Staff and owners are excellent, cleanliness was good, food was also good,had daal baati churma at their in house restaurant and it was delicious (recommended)
