We loved everything about Madhuban. It’s our favourite hotel on our trip so far. It is an oasis of calm and professionalism. The owner lives upstairs with his family and with his team they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The decor is attractive. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Our room was great with a full size fridge, a kettle and a comfortable bed. The air con was strong. They even gave us a packed breakfast to take with us as we had an early train. I can’t recommend Madhuban highly enough. It was fantastic!

Beautiful house in quiet residential area. Lovely garden. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a "Royal Suite" - nice large room on the ground floor with a marble bath (!). Breakfast is fine, if nothing special. We did not have any other meals here.

The location is convenient for the main railway station (Jaipur Junction) which is why we chose it as we arrived and left by train. But it is not very close to the centre of town and tourist sights. I did not mind - I walked in one evening which took about an hour, and otherwise it is 15 min by uber or auto-rickshaw. But some might find this less convenient.

The service at Madhuban is what separates this property from others I have stayed at in India. The staff and owner go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. I really appreciated getting help in booking a train ticket to my next destination, and also got a packed lunch as I had an early departure. I was even invited in to the breakfast room for coffee and a simple breakfast before opening hours. Rooms cleaned every day, and new towels provided. AC working welll, and there was plenty of hot water to fill the bathtub.The laundry service was also impeccable. Never have my clothes been returned so wrinkle free and neatly folded.

Nothing to not like here 😊 Be aware that the outer gate will be locked at night, and you will have to wake the night guard to enter if coming back late at night (I was very late one day)

The name of the property Madhuban - A Heritage Home itself gives you the feeling of heritage vibe. The art and infrastructure of the property are mostly kept in the sense of an antique touch and portray the originality of a heritage home. It is told to me that the traditional art done on the walls is natural and vegetable color. The concept of having a lock and key instead of modern tools is unique. I like the design of the furniture, especially the suite bed. The property shows a reflection of a humble homely feeling with a combination of a traditional outlook.

The swimming pool was not maintained well. It could have happened because the month I visited was not a tourist month, and the layer of dirt in the water could have been caused by the action of monsoon rain.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left the service was impeccable. Always polite and helpful, the manager and his staff were quick to help with anything we needed, be it additional towels for swimming through to booking train seats for us. The room was very large, beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner were well catered with an excellent choice of dishes.

Madhuban is a beautiful heritage hotel near Bani Park. We were upgraded to a suite room which had beautiful decor. There is a pool, lounge area and pretty garden to relax. Staff are very kind and helpful. Mr Singh on reception was excellent with any queries that we had. He arranged for some sandwiches, fruit and drink one morning as we had an early morning tour and would have missed breakfast.

One small thing, our fridge was quite dirty inside and had a broken shelf. Otherwise our stay was excellent

Very nice hospitality, they were taking very good care and not just that they also respected the privacy. They altered the breakfast as per our liking. I would highly recommend this place for the stay. Shoutout to the owner ( a very humble man) And the property manager who made sure our experience was great. P.S. sometimes we make family' during the vacations and people here are definitely one to give you that feeling.

Friendly and helpful staff on a person to person level without being overly sycophantic like in a 5 star hotel. Room was clean and maintained each day of our 4 night stay. Heritage decoration was also nice. Nice common areas to sit and talk or write. Following check out we had a late night bus ride. Friendly and helpful manager stored our luggage and let us use common areas as well as the pool for the remainder of the day.

Was walking distance to train station but perhaps a bit far from the tourist centre of Jaipur. About a 45 minute walk.

Guests can enjoy a serene morning stroll around the property or relax in the garden with tea or coffee, accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds. The on-site restaurant serves home-cooked meals, with breakfast offering a healthy selection of fruits, vegetables, cakes, and more. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring prompt and thoughtful service.

It is worth noting that the street along the property can become waterlogged during heavy rains. However, this issue appears to be common throughout Jaipur and not unique to this location. Overall, Madhuban- Heritage Home provides a unique and delightful stay, blending historical elegance with contemporary comfort.

This property is not far away from the railway station and is easily reachable by a cab or local autos. It is located in a residential area, so the surroundings are peaceful. We had booked 2 rooms, and got only 1 room on time. The second room got delayed by a couple of hours. The rooms are generally good, they have the vibe of a heritage property and are spacious. The staff is quite courteous and always ready to help. We also availed their complementary breakfast which was decent enough. Overall, its a good property if you are looking to stay for a couple of days.

First and foremost, they have serious scarcity of mirrors in the rooms. One of ours didn’t even have a single mirror in the whole room, and just had a half mirror in the washroom. Another downside is lack of ventilation in washrooms. Their washrooms do not have a vent/exhaust fan at all, and the only window which it had opened in one of their hall areas!
