Property is great. Food is recommedable ❤️

The property was well-maintained and the overall staff was courteous, especially the kitchen team who provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the manager at the reception. He seemed unfamiliar with the correct GST values and was quite rude during our interaction. I would recommend the owner to ensure the front desk staff is better trained in both customer service and basic billing knowledge, as it's important to treat clients with respect in hospitality I guess.

Fantastic hotel, great staff through out the hotel, lovely men on reception, the owner is a nice man, the resturant is great with a very good menu! Very nice food, we ate there breakfast, lunch & dinner so good & great value for money, big rooms lovely decor & the pool is great, we loved everything about the hotel,central location & very peaceful, we felt very welcome.

We had a really good 4 night stay here, the management staff Jagat and Chortu where so helpful and so friendlyl, they really made us feel at home and safe. The other staff members where also equally good too. Can't thanks them enough, there hospitality was spot on. Our room with a balcony was huge and clean and meet our needs for the stay. It was also a peaceful,, hardly no noise apart from the live music from the next door hotel and we had a good night rest each evening. And the water was nice and hot Location was also good too and we got around using Uber and Rickshaw. They also arranged our taxi to Jodphur at a very competitive rate. Also the local area/people was also safe too. Highly recommended this place as the team will make you feel at home and safe.

Sajjan Niwas is a very beautiful Hotel, your eyes are catching beautiful interior in every direction your eyes turn, its quiet and clean. my room were huge for one person, beds good. Taxis and Tuk Tuk are right outside the building. Older photos are decorating the walls and it is inspiring.

Maybe because of the season: The food were low key - most times it was impossible even to choose between different menus. Too quiet to my taste, when travelling alone, it’s joyful to interact with other travellers and here were none ( 3 in a group only ) No one really spoke English. Too far from city life.

The pool was very clean we didn't use it as it was just a one night stay but it looked lovely. Bed was comfy. Manage gave us a better room as WiFi wasent working on the top floor. Manager helped us get a rickshaw at 6am for a early flight Over all was really good value for money

Rooms could have been cleaner, the bathroom had to be cleaned while we was unpacking. We both got bad bowel movements after eating the same food from there. Just be careful what you order we had the chili chicken. Tap was dripping all night in the shower nothing major just a slight annoyance when trying to get to sleep I'd still stay again if you can get a room for 2500 rs or less

The noise from the hotel next door. Am glad I didn’t stay there as they had drums and singing every night on the roof. Not that our hotel could help that but it’s too bad.

The art work and styling of this hotel is to die for. If you are new to India - and want a proper Indian style - come here! Don’t wait your time with a contemporary-styled hotel that you could find anywhere in the world. This hotel is unique and worthy of any trip to India and Jaipur.

Wonderful architecture and traditional vibe for a budget price! Staff were friendly and food in the rooftop restaurant was decent.

Bathrooms need an update, but quite fine for the price. Also we were made to pay in cash because the machine “wasn’t working”, and they refused to accept bank transfer but didn’t tell us why.

Great location, friendly helpful staff and lovely room they upgraded us too. very traditional Rajasthani hotel with amazing decor and the room was really big with all ammenities we needed and had a great shower and bathroom was huge. Would defintiely return to this hotel if went to Jaipur as it was such good value for money and very spacious. thanks so much

Unfortunately it was still off season for the pool so we did not have access to this, but as we were on a city break sightseeing this didn't bother us. Nothing else we didn't like :)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! The food was so delicious and rooftop terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family.

The lock for the door is a padlock. The shower water heater was plugged in inside the shower, which did not feel safe.
